T-Mobile, this store’s staff is exceptional. The only problem is that if you go during a rush you have to wait, but the staff takes care of you and then some. At all the other stores I had been trying to get a nexus 6 and I had been told, «it’s sh! ty» blah blah blah«buy this one» blah blah blah. This store actually listened to me and got me what I wanted. The only problem are the lines, you just gotta go at the right time, or be patient and wait.

I’ve had an iPhone for over 3 years, and yes, we are an apple family. We have iPhones, i pods, apple tis, iPads, and two home mac computers. When some of my friends recently got a galaxy, it was like we had to get a divorce. Once I realized how much cooler it was, I decided it was time for a change. That and the fact that I have been being raked over the coals by Verizon for the last 3 years, their time was up. I popped in T Mobile during the monsoon on Saturday, and they were able to help me fairly quickly. I have two months left on my Verizon contract, no problem, they said, they will pay it out for me. Keep my same number due to business/person hassle, sure thing they said. No contract? Nope, not at T mobile. I fiddled around with some phones, and was able to trade in my old iphone5, ADIOS, I said! I opted for the Galaxys5, so far I love it. The customer service was really good, my bill is much lower, and I’m a happy camper.

I don’t know why it’s so difficult to run a mobile phone store in an efficient manner. All of them: Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, and now T-Mobile, remind me of going to a crowded bar and fighting other customer’s for help. I know better to run a «mobile phone» errand during lunch, because I’ll spend the entire time waiting for an attendant to become available. I went to this particular T-mobile store because it’s closest to my house. I waited 45 minutes just for someone to acknowledge my presence. At least he was friendly and knowledgeable, in addition he complimented my ROM All I needed was to switch out my SIM card and it took 1.5 hours. That’s ridiculous. I have yet to experience this«top rated» customer service at T-mobile, because AT&T is catching up based on my last experience. I’m starting to believe that I made a mistake switching over from AT&T. The pricing is really not that less expensive.
