When my contract ended over a years ago, a saleswoman called to invite me for another term. At that time, I wanted to upgrade my dumb phone to a smart phone. I took the offer. While I was learning how to use the phone but I had some bad tastes with the features. Within 2 days, buyer remorse hit me. I went to the store to return it, but the restocking fee stopped me. Then, the salesman discouraged me by offering a more expensive phone. A few months later, I called T-Mobile customer service line for a service feature and I found out that the saleswoman didn’t add insurance on my 2nd line. My primary phone had a battery drained out too easily. I managed to have my battery replaced. After that, my phone dropping of data and cell signals constantly in certain parts of Houston. I was recommended to have my phone replaced. Early this year, I learned that my equipment insurance has lapsed and I couldn’t get a replacement. I was not happy at the saleswoman who didn’t explain the insurance policy and also lied about the system upgrades. She said I should receive a message to upgrade from 2.3 to 4.0 within few weeks. I know I shouldn’t fault the store or the company. I went back recently to check out any newer model. The sales clerk was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
