First off when we went through the drive thru the guy had attitude and acted as tho he didn’t want to take our order… Next we Wait in line for 30 mins. Then when we get to the window the guy had attitude didn’t give us our right sauce we asked for. Then it was as if he was on the phone(on a headset) talking about he was aggravated … I’m sorry you picked this job… Will not be back…

This Taco Bell is not very good. They didn’t have any hot taco sauce. All the tables We’re dirty and we Had to wipe it down ourselves. They had four wet floor signs which is pretty much the whole place. We watched another customer asking if there was anyone taking orders as the front counter was empty.

Seriously the absolute slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. Are they butchering the cows and chickens on site or what? Every single time I come here it’s like this. I’ve been in twice as long lines that have taken half the time at other places. Get your ish together tbells!

The newest homeless shelter? Read on my friends. I love the new ghost paper sauce. I’ve come here for that three times in the past week. If you can take the heat then try this. Spicy as hell fire. My low rating of this location is the apparent homeless problem here. The last time I was here, a guy inside the restaurant was asking me for money. Standing in line asking. I’m not insensitive, but this shouldn’t be allowed inside. Now today, a few days later, the same guy is sleeping inside the restaurant. He’s at a table and there is food at the table. But he is laying down completely passed out. One staff member was sweeping up the dining room. I assumed she would wake him up. But NO, she swept all around him and didn’t seem phased by him. Since he was there during my last two visits, I’m going to guess that he’s there a lot and maybe knows an employee. I don’t care. This should not be tolerated inside any business. Sick to the drive through. Or eat elsewhere. This place has become a homeless shelter. EDIT: WHILE I WASWRITINGTHIS… A completely different homeless man walked up to my table and discussed something about the hair on his face and then walked off. And another homeless man was walking around dancing. I’m not exaggerating. I am thinking they come here for free water and maybe some cheap food. But it’s really not what you expect at a Taco Bell.

Highly inconsistent. Depending on the day you could end up with outstanding service, hot food, and short waits, or you can end up waiting forever in an empty restaurant because none of the employees are particularly interested. They always seem to be out of ice tea. You’d think with how frequently they run out, they’d think to brew more regularly, but they never do.

This is always the slowest fast food restaurant ever. Seriously. It’s taco bell, so the food is what it is. However, I could have probably made it all from scratch in the time it takes to get through this drive thru. It shouldn’t take15+ minutes to get through a drive through. Especially when there are only one or two people in line. I wouldn’t bother to post this if it were the first time, but it’s always like this. Yep… still waiting.

I’ve been a taco bell fan since I was a young kid, this might have ruined it for me. I decided to go there for my one hour lunch, when I get there only one cashier(she was friendly) during the lunch run. I waited about 30 or so minutes till I got my burrito, it was also very dirty and appears to have homeless people inside picking there nose and putting it on the window, another saying random racial slurs… feels like the time to make a switch. #tacobell

Fast service! Went with the BF who wanted a volcano taco. Was told they don’t serve them anymore but he said that he could make us something similar to it. Which I thought was super nice of him! But we just selected something else! Everything was hot! Very good for a taco bell on one of the busiest streets!

This was my worst experience at a taco bell, ever! All I ordered was 2 beef soft tacos, and normal chicken quesadilla. After waiting for 20 mins(place was empty BTW) and sat down the order was wrong. Both tacos were chicken, and the quesadilla was this different one they had which I didn’t want. When I went back to have them fix it, I waited again for 10mins. Worth mentioning that people were walking in(after doing drive thru) and asking for their money back cause their orders were either wrong or cold after waiting for ages. If you’re in the mood for taco bell, go to a different branch.

Stop by at this Taco Bell location before heading to REI. Because *A was sleeping in her car seat and we didn’t want to wake her, we drove into the drive-thru. There was no line and the whole process was quick and correct. Only complaint, when the drink is not wiped down so there’s some pepsi dripping down the sides… my pet peeve. Steak quesadillas, mexican pizza, doritos tacos are my favorites.

The drive thru line is sometimes long, but they’re courteous and friendly. The food here also tastes so fresh! Not as greasy either(for a Taco Bell haha.) I’ve never eaten inside but it looks clean on the inside and never too packed. They also give you a crazy amount of sauce packets!

This Taco Bell used to be very good, but my last 3 visits have left a lot to be desired. This last time, I ordered and paid for supreme tacos only to get home to not only find them without sour cream, but one of them only had chicken and lettuce! I called tried calling the store for about 30 minutes, but the line only rang busy.

My dearest Taco Bell Corporate: These tidings hail from the ubiquitous Houston street of Westheimer, and not at the flashy bling-bling Highland Park area of the street. Sowwy! But this is still one of the better fast food drive-thru experiences in Texas. Well done. Super quick service; employees that are not overly surly; and they actually make it rain with fire sauce packets rather than being bean counters and giving you one package. The food is the same food elsewhere. But the drive-thru is worth commenting on. If you need some food after the bars on your way home, stop here, not the one further down Westheimer in front of REI. You will wait forever there — but be out in a jiffy here. Until our taco flavored kisses cross paths again, I remain yours, Daniel L.

This Taco Bell is very speedy. The drive thru line is never long which is the best part about this Taco Bell. I went inside for lunch last week and was in and out in under 15 minutes. The dining area is very clean and the staff is very nice
