Great service! This is the best Mexican restaurant you’ll find in a long time – it serves delicious angus beef and pure Mexican Coke that can’t be beaten. It’s hard to find, but it’s certainly well worth it. You won’t believe the quality.
The staff here is very friendly and you’ll leave with a satisfied belly.

This place rocks. I had two: pastor tacos, trompo tacos, one fajita taco. Delicioso. I will be coming back. Highly recomended. Good prices. Clean. Modern. Remodeled. High tech. Bathroom was not clean. Piss on the seat. Service was adecuate. Salsa blew my mind. Do try it.

Sketchy looking outside, I was a little unsure if I should go in. Happy I did, the interior was much nicer, and I could tell the place was going to be legit after a quick glance at the facial expressions of the patrons. Staff helped me immediately with recommendations and 4 minutes later I was eating some awesome pastor tacos! After inhaling them I got a few more to go, and as I was driving out of the lot, the cook ran out to give me lime slices that I left on the counter. Really glad I found this place on Unilocal

Ordered the enchilada plate, but it came out cold. It’s pretty large though, considering the cheap price. The orchata was not mixed correctly (pretty sure it was powder mix). Also, ordered nachos, which were pretty good. My friend ordered at the same time I did but didn’t receive her food until ten minutes after (1 quesadilla, 1 gordita, 1 taco). Overall, it’s a nice little restaurant for inexpensive food if your craving Mexican cuisine.

Their menudo and tacos de trompo were the bomb! The flavor was just on point and make sure you ask for piña con carne de trompo !!! Must try. Oh and mango juice was sooooooo good! Oh ask for handmade tortillas. On the phone I loved how they ask you if you want the tortillas fresh made from hands or if you want tacos from the packaged. I lope how detailed they were when the man took my order!

This place is pretty ducked off and in a sketchy area but it’s nice and clean on the inside. The owner is a nice Asian man whose extremely helpful and courteous. I ordered a chicken gordita, chicken quesadilla and 3 beef tacos. The chicken was seasoned pretty good on the quesadilla but it wasn’t the authentic taste I was looking for. The gordita was the same and the bread was a little harder then necessary. I didn’t taste the beef tacos as they were for my fiancé but they forgot to add the cilantro and onions. I also ordered a medium hibiscus drink which altho it was slightly sour I did enjoy it. The service was better then the food but being that it’s convenient and still tasty I will be back!

What do you want from a restaurant? Yummy food. Very friendly service.
The only problem? Kind of a dodgy neighborhood, and a little hard to find. There is a small sign outside. But don’t give up! It’s well worth it.
If you are near Bellerive Ice for figure skating or a hockey game, this is a great place to go before or after!

Need a quick dinner or lunch before going back to work? Need to grab a meal or drink on the go? This place accommodates it all! The interior is a lovely creamy orange with light wood lining. Small restaurant but it’s very clean, with plenty of tables and even single counters for groups of any sizes. There are flat screen TVs telling you the menu, enticing you with pictures of their delicious food. The menus are easy to understand and has a little of everything from tacos and sopes to specialty plates.
The decorations are very endearing as well, with hints of Mexican and Latin American art and culture. There are beautiful plants welcoming you by the door and counter, it’s really friendly and happy.
Watch out because they put on Spanish music that will get you up and dancing if you’re not already busy stuffing your face with the food!
As for the food: I ordered a trompo burrito and a mango drink. The mango drink is refreshing! Not too sweet, its consistency is like a juice and it had tiny pieces of mango in it… So worth it!
The meat was cut from a standing rotating grill, and it was seasoned was so well, the outside seasoning tasted like tajin seasoning. The meal came with salsa verde and a spicier red sauce and a greatly blended homemade salsa. You can see all the veggies and ingredients used and it tastes fantastic!
Their customer service was just excellent, the server was polite and attentive and helped me make my food choices without pressure. Great price for great food and atmosphere.

Wanted some authentic tacos and had been passing by this place. Stopped in and to my surprise, it is owned by a little sweet gentleman of Asian decent! I ordered beef and tripe tacos. They were just okay. I will go back due to the close proximity to my house.

Great food, high standards n low prices. don’t be fooled by the tiny corner. Once you are in you will be well received by friendly host and the cook herself letting you know the specials. Very clean. The food. DAMN, just delicious and authentic I had tacos, trompo chicharron, and Barbacoa in that order my lady had trompo and we shared a quesadilla. Each item tasted fresh and was on point. Definitely will be coming back and even ordering for lunch since I work at the towers nearby. Portions are big though so if u usually go for 5 tacos three will be more than enough. Oh and the complimentary beans tasted like they just made them. Also they do not rush you out and make it a point to let you know your welcome to stay even after you ate. Even cleaned the table before we left in case we wanted to chat over a clean table. 5 stars for under 20 dollars!

Had goat soup, fajita tampiquena and Jamaica (beverage). Way beyond expectation. The goat soup is outrageously good. Will come back.

Great authentic Mexican food
This place is definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant in Houston. Food is amazing and the place is clean (open kitchen concept)
I have been here couple times with family. I love their Menudo, beef tostadas, fajita tacos and goat soup (highly recommend)

Surprisingly great. Food was delicious and made fresh. Handmade corn tortillas were awesome. Inside was super clean and fresh. I really hope they make it so I can keep coming back

My family went to the place on the weekend and we were very happy enjoying the fantastic Mexican food there with good price and great service. I ordered goat soup and it was very tasty and delicious. The owner suggested us trying Chilaquiles which was so good that my husband and I loved it so much. We also ordered some tacos. They made very fresh and the homemade tortillas were absolutely amazing. Kids had beef fajita nachos. They finished all and asked for more. We will be back soon… just love it!!!

When I went I had a barbacoa tostada, a fish taco and flan. I loved the food and the way they presented it was unique. It was so fresh and authentic. There were so many options and I want to try everything on the menu. The prices were great as well. I found my new regular lunch spot!
