I like the availability of petite sizes. The sales staff have always been MORE than helpful to me. My favorite place to shop for career clothes.

The store associates at this store are not friendly. They don’t ask if the customer needs assistance unless they like you. One associate clearly saw me with items heading to the dressing room and still no acknowledgement. They finally acknowledged my presence because I was standing in line to check out. Prices are ridiculously higher than Ann Loft and Ann Taylor. I will likely not recommend this store to my colleagues or family.

This is the only Talbots I’ve ever been to where the sales associates don’t help you at all. I love Talbots but this store is really disappointing. They lost my business at that store.
