Disappointing. I am actually writing for a friend but did see what happened. She just got out of the hospital and didn’t have the energy to try on clothes. She saw what she wanted, but not her size. My friend asked the sales lady if she would call to see if another store had it and would hold it. She flat out told us NO, she wouldn’t call. Do you hear me? SHE SAID, NO SHE WOULD NOT CALL. She just told us to go there and try the clothes on there, even after my friend told her that she doesn’t try on at stores due to health reasons (she gets exhausted easily and has always had health problems).
My friend comes here all the time, too. She buys a lot of clothes here.
Really, really rotten attitude from this saleslady. Get it together, sales lady. Learn some manners while you are at it.

The clothes here are definetly on the conservative side, especially if you are still in your 20’s (like me) But I can tell you it is my to-​go place for work clothes. The associates are a bit on the slow side and are not all there, but thats ok– because I usually dont require any help.
Great location, if you aren’t into malls– easy drive up to the store, and parking is never a problem.

If you’re looking for clothes for work or great weekend wear, or even that special cocktail dress, look no further than Talbots. Well priced, well tailored and with a large selection of pieces, Talbots remains the «conservative lady’s» go-​to store. I personally think they have the greatest white cotton button-​down shirts in the world!
Talbots is sort of like Banana Republic for Ladies Who Lunch, and the staff at the West Gray store couldn’t be nicer. Without sounding cliché, they really do go above and beyond to help make your shopping experience fantastic. They will do whatever they can to help you locate an item they don’t have in stock and always with a smile.
They carry Misses, Womens, and Petites at this location.
