If you love authentic Mexican food this is the spot. The fajita is so flavorful and tender and they fix up the tacos with queso fresco and avocado. Two of my fave toppings. My husband and daughter love the menudo which comes in a small bowl option. The tortillas are hand made which makes already great food even better. The Aguas are deeeelish! I wish there was more of a selection as the menu is quite limited but great. I drive 40 minutes from my house for this place and will continue to do so, it’s that good.

As others stated the general area looks kinda sketchy. Restaurant is clean and service was prompt and courteous. Fajita quesadilla grande was packed with steak and cheese. Steak tacos were also great.

I really enjoyed this place. In town on a business trip and decided to check it out. The tacos are very nice and their burritos are a substantial size. I had a pastor taco and it was good. The meat was a bit dry but the flavor was great. I also had a beef burrito and really enjoyed it. The best part about this place is their price point and their home made tortillas. I would recommend this to anyone.

So great! And so fresh!!! My only disappointment was the queso dip is clearly the same I get at the local ball field. But everything else was just what you’d want t find at an authentic Mexican restaurant.

Very good authentic Mexican street tacos. Tromping is nice and tender meat. I will be back again. FYI they sell soft drinks in a can which I appreciate because sometimes fountain drinks are not always sanitary. Looks super clean and good service.

Don’t be dissuaded by the general area, or the exterior appearance. (For ultimate peace if mind, bring a gun. Better yet, also bring a friend with a gun.)
Neighborhood crime statistics aside, the tacos were incredible, and excellent value for price. Best I have had in a while, and I eat a LOT of tacos. The horchata was tasty. Service was swift and courteous.
I will definitely return. So will my friend :)

Went for breakfast. Coffee was very light and not hot just warm. Had some breakfast tacos and were good. Flour tortillas were a bit to greasy like the kind you can see through. Had a small menudo and it was ok. A bit laking in flavor it needed that kick. Kids had a tostada and that was pretty good. Place could use some TLC. Looks good from the outside, inside just don’t look up.

Looks like a hole in the wall from the outside until you go in. I ordered a tripa taco extra crispy and small bowl of menudo. The food was bomb. If I’m happen to be in the are I will definitely stop by again!

Three words: homemade corn tortillas! Like manna from heaven this stuff rocks. I like the exotic meats– lengua, tripa and chicharon were tops and the thick corn tortilla was perfect to absorb all the juicy deliciousness from the pastor. I will return!

Tongue plate was delicious! When you sit, they bring bowls of different salsas with chips, and a small teaser bowl of beans that are delicious. Highly recommended this little joint.

Ready for AUTHENTIC mexican food? This is not your ho-​hum Tex Mex. This restaurant has great food, service and pricing. Décor is plain, but clean. Staff is outstanding. Give it a try. For the dollar, an outstanding value.
