Taqueria Tequila De Jalisco

Been going for years, great food, good portions and reasonable prices. Good customer service too. Hooked!

I was on a taqueria quick. Love the authenticity of small, local eateries with food made with love. Ok, so maybe, no so much all of that, but you get the idea. The restaurant only had one patron, so we were added to the mix. The chips and salsa here were lacking a bit since I prefer the ones at Taqueria Alteno’s.
The variety of salsa was very limited, you get one. But, you can always request for the pickled carrots and jalapenos. Yum!
I ordered the mini tacos with an extra shrimp taco, it was an additional $ 0.50 — wow! Of course, I shared with the SO since I was going to eat some of the nachos ordered, which btw had a GINORMOUS amount of topping, I have never seen that much carne asada on nachos. Seriously. Two entrees and old school bottle of Sprite for under $ 15.
P. S. They had the Spanish channel on the news, even with my limited Spanglish, I will be watching it again soon SO much eye-​candy!
