I took my lawnmower to be fixed and they told me that was the carburetor and is going to cost me like 65 .00 to be repaired I said that’s fine after they fixed I picked up a cut my lawn only 1 time after that the lawnmower don’t start no more I take back and they told me that after 2 weeks the warranty don’t apply no more. then I take it some where else with a guy who has a shop in his house he take a part and was no sign of any new part or carburetor replace so in my opinion stay away from that place I’m never going back never

When dealing with this store make sure and talk to the mechanic which is the owner and not his wife. She has very bad customer service and quote you a ridiculous price on items that she has no clue about. Example, I had previously asked how much the disk plate was for my lawn mower and was quoted $ 15.00 by the owner/​mechanic. When I returned to purchase the same product his wife could not find the same item which I had to find for her but then she had no clue what to charge so she decided to make up the price and quoted me $ 35.00. Then she turns around and says it is $ 30.00 plus tax which doesn’t amount to 35. I ended up buying it from Snapper directly for $ 20.00 which was cheaper.
I will say that the owner/​mechanic is very nice and helpful just don’t deal with the lady!!!

Very disorganized and unprofessional. They close when they please (without notification on building window or anything) and don’t call when they say they will for repairing something of yours. They don’t seem to have a grasp on common business practices

Took my chainsaw in for adjustment/​repair as it had been sitting up and now used much since ‘Ike’. Because my brand of saw was not serviced by a couple shops that are a little closer, I decided to try Telephone Mower. I had to wait a little longer than usual, but it is the busy time of year. The saw was repaired properly, with a reasonable charge for the work performed; and now runs like it should.
