After being relocated from NY to Houston to treat my father-​in-​law cancer, we were in need of an apartment. Temp Stay helped us find the perfect, fully furnished apartment located very close to MD Anderson. They have made this undesirable situation manageable for my family and I and we couldn’t be more thankful. We moved into a 2 bedroom unit, but wanted a 3 bedroom. They called us immediately when something opened up and helped us with moving. The accommodations are very clean, spacious and come with everything you ever need. I recommend this for any family who has to move to Texas for cancer treatment.

Not only unprofessional and rude to deal with but they will charge your card exorbitant extra fees without authorization or an invoice. I was staying in their housing for two months whilst getting treated at MD Anderson. Tempstay’s management would aggressively knock at my door at all hours of the day and try to enter the apartment without my knowing and without any notice. When I did come to the door, thinking it must be the fire department, they would just barge in without asking if it was a convenient time. This occurred on numerous occasions; for a person who is not feeling well and on bed rest this is extremely distressing and unacceptable, considering the amount I was paying for my stay. The locks were changed without any notice causing me much discomfort as I was kept outside the apartment for several hours. Furthermore, I was charged hundreds of dollars extra in fees I did not deserve. All of the above was handled in an ungracious manner. I certainly will not recommend this accommodation to to anyone.

I facilitated a transaction with this firm for a consultant I had working in the med center area. Firm kept me on correspondance between their client and themselves which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional, for which I advised them that it was none of my business.
2 months later, after being 3 days late with payment they went through my consultants belongings and blocked access to the apartment. Tempstay proceeded to advise consultant that comments I made were one of the reasons that actions were being taken.
Unbelievably unprofessional and over reactive at so many levels.
It is mind-​boggling that a business like this can exist with these types of business practices.
