The guys(and a gal) who work here are good, straightforward people who know customer service. They do the complimentary wash and(semi) detail, which is pretty standard in luxury car dealerships and repair centres. What isn’t standard is their good treatment of petite women who look like they know nothing about cars. It helps that they have Crystal B. as a service concierge. She’s not only friendly but also accommodating and a well of useful information. I took one star off because they emailed me and I replied to them but never got a reply to that email for 3 days. I had to call into their office to get a follow up. My visit today almost made up for that. Verdict: Don’t really have a choice but to keep taking that Tesla here.
