I am a current resident & I dont plan on moving, but I am far from happy with the complex. The apartment itself is wonderful stainless steel appliances, dark cabinets & harwood floors. My actual issue is the incompetence of the office staff. They are horrible. Any time someone says they will call you back, you can best believe they are just saying it to get you off their phone. You will not hear from them again until you phone them back. This goes for the property manager as well. They tried to charge us $ 50 for a gate remote because they stated to many people have the access code. I explained that most complex give the inital remote. I was then told well i can keep my access code. Makes no sense but okay Thank you They rush you off the phone and each time you call you will get a different response from each lady. I was told by Comcast that cable was free here. They have a deal with the complex. Ao i called the office and was told that it is in fact not free and I had to pay them a $ 50 set up fee and 39.99 a month. I agreed. Well when my budget tightened I call to cancel service and was told that I cant not cancel & its $ 50+ a month and that is automatically included in my trash sewage and water payment. So I might as well keep the equipment from Comcast/Xfinity. I have an ant problem, called the office to request pest control come out. Lady says om we will send someone out an hung up the phone. She didnt even ask what i needed, so i had to call back and tell her. A week went by & i didnt see any notification that pest control had entered my home so I called back to the office. My exact words were Im trying to see if i am on the list for pest control, what day they should be coming out. Office personnel said O you need prst control I will send them out. She didn’t answer my question, I don’t think she was even listening to me. But again the apartment itself is lovely, neighborhood is safe location is excellent. Office staff Horrible
