OMG what a great and friendly staff. We were just passing but the layout and visuals around the store made this a must stop and shop: great job!

Amazing experience. Employees were very helpful, but a little pushy at giving me things i didn’t want to try on. I did however find the best pair of jeans and will be back to buy more :)

Well, you know what, I say«hells yeah I’m going to review this chain clothing store!» So, The Buckle doesn’t exist back in New York City… it did back in Ann Arbor, MI and at many malls across America, including Houston’s Galleria, and I was thrilled to see it because my boyfriend loves it. I’ve never really taken notice before, but it has a great haberdashery inside! It really crosses the spectrum of clothing options… some crazy-ass screen print t-shirts where the design is basically your entire torso, but also some simpler designed skater tees. A solid jean selection and some pretty nifty long sleeve tees. But besides finding a great pair of jeans on sale and some very cool vintage type tees… the staff there was fantastic! Very helpful and sociable. Maybe I’ve just become so jaded with costumer service, but the guys and gals at The Buckle were very nice. The jeans I bought were miss marked, and they were nice enough to give me the amount on the tag, no questions asked. I hate when a store makes you pay for their mistake(because you know if you say«no thank you» deep down you feel that the people are going to think you’re cheap if you don’t purchase it with the correct price!). Kudos to The Buckle for doing so. One star is going away just because of the dressing room not having an interior mirror(had to walk outside to the mirror on the front of the door each time… why would you put a mirror outside of the dressing room and not inside it!), but, otherwise, it was a pretty damn good experience.
