Got our laptop fixed at the Computer Café. The turn around time was faster than I expected and William provided great service at an honest price. Don’t let the competitor’s geeks trick you into servicing your computer at an exorbitant price. Computer café provides personable and knowledgeable service.

This is the worst service I have ever received! First of all the store smells like a smoke shop and looks even worse. After leaving my laptop there for one month it still wasn’t fixed and was missing some screws!!! I would never recommend this business to anyone and I hope it shuts down! Very unprofessional!
I took my laptop to a different repair shop and it was ready in 2 hrs!!! 2 hours!!!

Computer technician is not easy to find. They are friendly people and I’m happy that they were trying to help me. That’s why I gave them 1 star…
Now each technician that helped me fix my laptop tend to make it worst and in the end I fixed my own laptop … So be careful people.

I took my lap top in to computer café for a diagnostic test after the screen went blank. The awesome staff at computer café were honest and fair. Although the company could have easily taken advantage of the fact I knew nothing about computer repair and charged me an outrageous amount, they honestly recommended a new lap top versus the cost of repairs for what turned out to be an issue with the video chip (i think thats what it was called, im a computer dummy and don’t know all the tecky terms). Khadijah and Lennon were absolutely wonderful to work with, quick and like I said — most importantly HONEST! I made several calls before I chose computer café including a call to geek squad who wanted to charge me double what computer café quoted then they wanted to ship the computer out of town for further diagnostic! You can’t go wrong with computer café. I will be back!!!
