I was in need of a quick oil change and the place next door had a line, so I tried Goodyear for the first time since they could do my oil change immediately. Boy was I disappointed to walk out an hour later with only an oil change. The staff was friendly enough, but it took way too long for such a simple procedure. Keep in mind that they also hand right their receipts and the little sticker that goes on the windshield (which disappointed me since I have to look at that for the next 3,000 miles).
