The people at the front office are absolutely next to perfection. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The apartments are absolutely the cutest and cleanliness is next to godliness. We came from California looking for a place that would take care of you and they have lived up to our expectations. If you are looking for a place this is where you want to be. That’s why I have rated them 5 stars !!!

I have lived in my share of apartments and this is BY FAR the best complex I have ever lived at. The staff is wonderful and maintenance requests get taken care of very quickly. It is a quiet, safe complex. Having an alarm system in our apartment is great as well as cameras at the gate and having to type in the gate code in order to leave the complex as well. Location could not be any better! Honestly I do not have one bad thing to say about the Inverness apartments. The only reason we would ever move out would be when we buy a home. I have never gone out of my way to write a review but I feel like this apartment deserved it!

I moved into the Inverness Apartments in the summer of 2009 and it was one of the best places I ever lived. I would probably still live there if I didn’t move. It resides in the River Oaks area and is close to great shopping, easy access to 59, and great places to eat. If you are a runner or play softball, Memorial Park is only 5 – 10 min away. There is a pool, BBQ pit, workout room, and dog park. The staff was always very friendly. I had my own covered parking. The facility has cameras so I never felt that I wasn’t safe. For the square footage I got, it was probably the best deal I could find in the loop without having to get a roommate.
