The Pool Doctors

Love love love the work they did on my pool! Efficient and courteous. Great job! I’m in the cypress area and called them as they were referred by a friend. So glad I did!!!

Liz was a very pleasant person to work with, flexible with my time and payments. The only thing i would say i didn’t like is the workers would come with very short notice if any. I had to lock my gate to the backyard so they would have to call for me to open it and that’s how i knew they were there. After a couple instances of that i received fair notice of when they would be coming to work… Other than that the price and work done was exceptional, i would recommend the pool doctors to anyone wanting to resurface their pool they fixed the light in the pool and when requested they altered the depth of my pool at a reasonable price. My pool was 40 years old and not taken care of when i purchased the house, now it looks great and runs like a charm just in time for summer! Thank you Liz for all your hard work.

Wow, glad to hear someone has had a good experience with The Pool Doctors! Their bid was the lowest in my case, and there was a good reason for that! This is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. Folks, don’t use this company, you will be highly disappointed. This brother sister team will be there right on time to collect money, but after that, forget about it. No communication. I have been waiting a month to get «on the schedule» to replace tiles that fell off. There are too many pool companies in Houston and the surrounding areas — keep looking.

Liz without getting into the details good job making my pool swim able again. I appreciated the follow up and making sure everything was right and your contractor did his job.

Thank you Unilocal and thank you Pool Doctors for getting the job done right. It took Unilocaling and Liz’s desire to make it right, but Hello Houston, the pool is now ready to go. For those who read my initial review and clicked «funny» you have a warped sense of humor. There was nothing fun or funny about my review/​experience.
A word to the wise. Do your homework and always keep a 10% retainer until you know the work is 100% complete on any home project. Thank you Pool Doctors for returning to finish the job. It was a three month start to finish project but who’s counting. (Now. that’s funny.) But seriously Thank you Liz.

Excellent job done on my vintage 70’s pool… Diamond Bright plaster is amazing. Liz was very helpful and was there every step of the way… I have a brand new pool!!! A+

I couldn’t agree LESS with the reviews below. We had The Pool Doctors quote us on a re-​plaster and re-​tile job about 2 months ago. Out of the 4 quotes we got, they were the cheapest AND had the longest warranty (by far). They started the job promptly, finished the job promptly and I couldn’t be more pleased. They actually did my pool and my neighbors pool at the same time. Since then I have referred 2 other people to them and guess what… they are totally pleased as well. I think some people just have no patience and you know the old saying, You can’t please everyone all the time. I would highly recommend The Pool Doctors to anyone who asks.
