I was really scared to cut my hair so short but Nancy did a PERFECT JOB!!! I love my hair and I am getting so many compliments on it! Great service and I can say that I’ve found my new home salon and hair dresser! Thank you Nancy!

Staff was great with exception of receptionist; otherwise would be a fantastic place. Replace receptionist and all is great here, she’s the voice and sets the tone from entrance to exit from a sales and service perspective.

Beyond satisfied with my cut and color!!! Tania is amazing!!! Strongly recommend!!! She knew exactly what I wanted!!! I had to call back right after I left to book appointments with her for my mom and my sister!

I recently moved here from California and was so nervous about finding the perfect place to get my hair cut and colored. But this is the place! Ann did an amazing Job. I love how my hair turned out, and to top it off the staff was very welcoming and super friendly. I’m so glad I found this Salon, I will most definitely be going back.

I absolutely LOVE my hair! I was referred to the salon by a friend and she said I need to use Ann. I have been struggling with my current hairstylist I had been using for years, but she was no longer listening to me and my hair had a tint of green in it… nasty. So I was very excited to see the end results of my hair when Ann did it. I finally had the highlights and color I had been wanting. She was very honest, not pushy and very friendly. I will not go anywhere else! You will not be disappointed! The Salon staff too was very friendly and offered me a beverage, the place was very nice, clean and elegant… it had a very cozy feel. I look forward to try out the mani and pedi’s next. I will most definitely referring people to the Salon. Thanks Ann for the great job.

Very nice and professional salon. I’ve known the owner for a couple of years now and she has worked hard to give the area a high class salon at a reasonable price.
A group of friends and I went for pedis and it was very nice and private. They had a good amount of polish choices and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were served drinks and were able to enjoy our girls day.
Regular pedi was $ 30. They said to get a shellac manicure is $ 35. Make sure you book ahead for an appointment.

I love my hair cut. Love the staff and appreciate the warm customer service provided. I have recommended this salon to a number of friends of mine.

Omg this place is fantastic !! I really needed to do my hair but it was pretty damaged && didn’t want it to get any worse, so I had my hair trimmed && colored TANIA was my stylist && I love her, my hair I just love it !! it’s a little short but looks and feels healthy not like before. I’ve been going here for over 3 years-​for one major reason-​Ann! She is the kind of hair stylist that not only cares about your hair but truly cares about you. She stays up on current styles and is not pushy at all with services or supplies. You won’t regret going to her!
When I first came to the salon, my hair was honestly pretty awkward looking. Since Ann has been doing my hair, I have had several trendy and cute cuts.

Friend and I planned to spend the day there, made appointments for haircut, color, massage and mani/​pedi for each. The massage was good. We had Tania do our hair. The cut was terrible, my friend asked for it to be fixed and was told that the problem wasn’t the cut it was her styling. She also wasn’t happy her color. At that point my hombre had already been started. I asked for the color to be red and it turned out orange. Tania did mention that the color needed to be redone. When we started to cut my hair I did say that I wanted to keep my length and add layers. My hair looked like it was cut into a square. I canceled my mani/​pedi. Manager and stylist both did not apologize and still charged me full price. They did give me the option to return and get it fixed… However I didn’t feel comfortable returning.

Got a 75 minute deep tissue massage from Lupe, she was so professional and made me feel so much relaxed. The ambiance, music, and massage oil was soothing. The only thing I wasn’t offered was a drink of water after my massage which I’m accustomed to when I go to other massage places. Lisa, their receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. I will be coming back to try out the European spa facial.

This place is minutes away from my house! Offers a wide variety of services and the place is very clean and provides a relaxing atmosphere. I came here when Dermalogica reps were surveying us on our skin and provide us with facials. All of the staff is very nice and knowledgable, and they offer you drinks if you get a service. The prices are a little steep, but you do get what you pay for.

I probably shouldn’t tell you this, since it may make it more difficult for me to get in quickly, but Ann at the Salon and Spa at Pine Forest is the most amazing hair stylist EVER. I have very long, very thick (yet fine) hair. I’d been trying for at least a decade to find a stylist who was not afraid of my hair, who would layer it without fear, and finally give me a cut that I loved. I found that stylist here! Instead of the inverted V of layering at the very end of my hair that every other stylist insisted was the maximum layering possible, she waded into the job without fear. The results were AMAZING. I often receive compliments on my hair from complete strangers. I’ve been there when she cuts other people’s hair, and she works her magic on them as well. She’s quick, too! For a trim without shampoo I’m in and out of her chair in less than 30 minutes.
As for the rest of the place, it’s great too. I’ve not tried the massages or facials (yet!), but I can vouch for the quality of the manis and pedis. High quality products are used, the price is very reasonable, and they do a fantastic job. Annie has done my eyebrows a couple of times. She did a great job, and she massaged my head while the dye set (and got rid of a headache I’d been fighting for two days that I hadn’t even mentioned). The people are all very friendly, the atmosphere is quite nice, and the prices are reasonable. They will give you a recommendation for products if you ask, but I’ve never had anyone push products like other salons.

Nice place! Very convenient to barker cypress in Katy. Did not try to sell me anything, love that part! Took my appointment the same day, only had to call an hour before. $ 65 for one hour European Facial– worth it to me. She even did a deep extraction on my blemishes. And didn’t charge me more. Massaged my shoulders, décolleté, and arms while facial mask was setting.

Even though it is a far drive, I don’t mind because it’s all worth it. I’ve gotten 2 facials and a pedicure here, and I always leave feeling great about myself. If a salon can do that for you, they are doing something right.
Before I make an appointment, I always make sure to check their website for their monthly deals. Their spa pedicure is usually $ 40 and they always have some special pedicure going on. The ladies here are very nice and make your toes looking great. They have a wide range of OPI nail polish… none of that cheapo polish. There are 30 minute and 1 hour facials. I’ve always done the 30 minute facials with extractions. They are gentle and will give you an update of what they are doing so you know what you can do at home to help your skin out. The 30 minute facials are $ 45 and extractions are $ 10. They have other add-​ons like eye treatments for an additional fee. During your facials, you get a shoulder, arm, and hand massage.
This salon is great because you can spend a whole day here. They have a section for hair, mani/​pedi, and massages/​facials. If you are a teacher, they give you a 10% discount on your service.
