This location is very convenient to my office. I usually use USPS but every once in awhile a package must be mailed UPS, especially if you need it overnight. Their rates are competitive to Fedex and USPS, but I feel the customer service is better. The staff here I swear have been the same faces for years. They are quick especially during the holidays. The lines get ridiculous, but they work speedily to make the lines dwindle down quickly.

I came to find a package that was in limbo between ups and usps, the«manager» here was beyond rude in trying to assist me to locate it. He gave me a number to call and before I had even had a chance to write it down he was already dismissing my next question to assist the person behind me.

Horrible Service!!! My package got lost and it took 21 Days to track it down. Besides the teribble serivce from UPS, the customer service was beyond the worst service i have ever had from the store employees. I called at least 15 times in the 30 days it took UPS to declare my pacakge lost and not once did i get a call back from the employees at the store. Every time i called i would get an different excuse why no one could give me an update and i actually had to call another UPS store to talk to the manager that never called me back as well. Then i actually had one of the young ladies working at the store get an attitude becuase i was calling every few days to get an update. She by far was the worst one to deal with. My advice is to avoid shipping your packages from this UPS store location.

I had to drop off a prepaid shipping package to return a chegg textbook after work… half an hour before closing time. I brought my box, the label, and even my own packing tape because the Post offices don’t usually take kindly to lending their tape, and before I could even start taping up, the nice girl took my prepaid label and assembled the whole thing for me, and handed me a tracking label. «you’re good to go!» she said. I was almost confused, that’s how good her service was. Way to go, UPS. I’ll be avoiding the post office now and choosing you guys instead. And they wonder why the USPS is millions in debt… they’re run by rude grumpy old people who begrudge you for paying to keep them employed somehow.
