We are always so pleased with the doctors (Dr. M.) and staff at this location. We have been going here for years and can’t see ourselves going anywhere else! They are so knowledgeable and truly care.

If I can give zero stars I would…
I have made an appointment for my husband and I three weeks in advance for a certain time, but their email reminder notification had the wrong times. When I called them to confirm, they said to ignore the email. The next day I got the same email reminder and spoke with the receptionist again, she confirmed the correct time. Three hours later she called asking if can move my time because the tripled book!!! Excuse me??? I called 3wks to make this appointment and confirmed with them twice and now they want to move me? So unprofessional.
In addition I made an appointment for my kids last year. Instead of letting me know that my kids appointment date was too soon for my insurance to cover (require exactly 1 year to cover routine), I found out only because I called to confirmed. No one called from from office to let me know the insurance wasn’t covered until another month! Needless to say I had to reschedule at the last minute…
We have been going here for years, but they just lost 4 long term customers!

I loved Dr. Mahmoodpour! She was very informative and friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable as well. She took her time with me and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my visit and made it feel very personal. The office was very clean as well!

Excellent service.
Very quick and knowledgeable staff.
I went in on my lunch break, and they were able to process me in and get me back to see the doctor very quickly. The doctor looked at the scans of my eyes and — although I have no idea of all the equipment they used — it all seemed minimally invasive, but thorough indeed. The only draw back at this optometry office is the limited choice of frames for sunglasses.
However, the office is spacious and super clean and organized.
I would recommend them.

I decided to try that place bc it’s close to my job. I waited 45 mins before I saw a dr for my annual eye exam even though I had an appt. In addition, they called me but didn’t leave a msg to let me know my trial pair of contacts had arrived and they didn’t call at all to let me know my 6 months supply had arrived. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
The staff were very nice & courteous.

They have a very well designed building. Open and not claustrophobic. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They have the new fancy machines that take a picture of the inside of your eye. You know the one, it looks like a giant submersible helmet and you kinda look like you’re looking into the port hole. The optometrist who saw me was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
They had a good selection of glasses to choose from. If I remember correctly, they’re even somewhat grouped via price range, which is convenient.
Overall, I had a very good experience with them.
