This Little Cake Of Mine

Ordered a custom cake for a birthday and the cake was everything and more. The customer service was outstanding and Erica, the owner, was very detailed. Instead of eating it, it’s been on display since the day I picked it up. This cake idea was one of the best by far. Certainly will be coming back for the next birthday.

I saw this place one day and decided to check it out. I called and tried to get a price on a cake and to make sure they were able to do it. The lady told me to email her a picture of the cake with all my information, almost 2 weeks later still no response. I guess they didn’t want my business.

Just tried to stop by to pick up cupcakes for a party and they are closed. Sign in the front isn’t turned on and when I looked through the door – it’s empty! Nothing in the display and fridge

On first contact I was very excited about this small gem that I found. My first taste was fresh, delicious and I couldn’t wait to serve my 2 tier cake and 50 cupcakes and my mom’s retirement. However, several days before the event the business did not return my phone calls! This was a sign of things to come. Not only did my cake arrive 1hour 15 mins late to the venue (after the guest arrived) but the cake tasted old and nothing like what we tasted at the bakery! I am very disappointed with my experience. And will never patronize this company again. It is very important for a business to take on orders that can handle. Although, I did not feel this was a large order. Apparently they were ill prepared and unable to deliver. The delivery lady was very apologetic, kind, and she assured me this was not the normal way” This little cake“handles their affairs. This weekend I attended a wedding and the cake vendor was «This little cake“they arrived at the reception 2 hours late! And the Red velvet cake was brown and black! IT TASTE WORST THE IT LOOKED! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Everyone else that did a review… How the hell did they even order anything? I called the number listed for a few days and it never rang but went straight to a voicemail. How do you run a business and you don’t have anyone available to speak with a potential customer? This is exactly why most black-​owned «businesses» do not suceed… foolishness like this! The last time I called, I actually left a message. Here it is, 72 hours later and still no word back. This «company» is a joke… TOTALLY unprofessional!!! You’d be better off going to Kroger!

The cupcakes and chocolate covered pretzels are to die for. I purchased the cookie and cream cupcakes and I didn’t make it home before I’d eaten them both. The owners are really nice and I’ll definitely be using them for special occasions.

I’m a caterer and I have used This Little Cake of Mine for a number of events. Their pastries, cookies and cakes are moist, delicious and her custom artistry is top of the line. You would not regret using them for your event.
