Ask for Tiffanie! I have been going to her for over a year, every two weeks for gel manicure and have never been sorry! She is meticulous, takes her time with you, helps in choosing colors or creating looks you want, and is always a friendly and positive energy to be around!!!

They take more time for the services and understand the knowledge about nail health issues. The customer services was great and the price range was moderate. The nails shop was used expensive and quality of nails products.

This was by far, the worst outcome of a gel/shellac mani i’ve ever had. I’ve had about 15 manicures(Gels) over the past 4 years, so clearly this is something of a treat for me. I’m also aware of how the nails aren’t exactly going to bode well with a gel manicure; meaning, they aren’t helped in any way, and my own nails actually seem a little weak for a while post-removal. Still, I had an idea to get one and I did it for a treat. I knew something was incredibly wrong when the manicurist began to saw back and forth using some rough tool/emery board/block. It left white marks, against the natural grain of my nails, before she even applied coat 1. As she did that, she used 3 coats of color, which seemed excessive for non-sheer polishes. Now, for the best part of all. When I removed or tried to remove this manicure after three whole weeks… it stuck stubbornly. I used the wrap method to remove them(wrapped each nail with foil that had an acetone nail polish remover pad inside). I let them sit for a total of 18 minutes, and still, i had residual glue/gel. Worse, the marks that she sanded into my nails had embedded color in them — I couldn’t «scrape» that off if I tried, as I don’t want holes down to the skin in the middle of my nail bed. After all was said and done, my nails all had the texture of a pumice stone on top. «Porous» from all the scratches and rough from bits of residual material from the coats. NOOOO. My nails are normally all healthy, but I had to go buy a care kit(Dr. Marvey Rescue Me, which was awesome) to help save my nails. NEVER again. I paid $ 30+ $ 10 tip to thank this person for ruining my nails. Like a dummy, I sat there while she sawed hard on my nail beds to create texture, not saying a word because I was too worried about being a pain-in-the-rear to her. For what it’s worth, the salon was friendly. I did think they were nice. They just don’t seem to value the health of nails.

I really hate giving anyone a bad review because people generally work hard to put their business out there. But this place was awful. I walked in and some woman across the room in the back corner tried yelling across the room to ask me what I needed — I sat down in one chair, then was told to move, then was told to move again. A lady eventually came over and sat down and didn’t say anything for nearly 10 minutes — no «hi» or «how are you» — nothing. All I wanted was shellac manicure and when cutting my cuticles she cut me FOURTIMES. I was literally bleeding as she’s painting my nails and spraying nail polish removing and putting cuticle oil on my fingers. Blood and cuticle oil, doesn’t feel so nice. 32 $ later I will NEVER go back.

Massaging chairs need improvement! Service is the worst! They rushed through our pedicure after waiting 40 minutes… 15 minutes. Right!!!

Just left this place and I’m not impressed. I got a shellac manicure and it is a mess. It took the lady 2 hours to get it done which I was plenty patient about but as soon as she started I was already beginning to get nervous because there were two other ladies standing around watching her. Bad sign. Well, turns out I was right. The shellac looks super sloppy it’s all around my nails despite her constant cleaning up. I’m not one to be picky and complain so when she got done I took a look, I was not to pleased but I was okay so I paid and left. Now after closer inspection I’m pretty pissed I just spent $ 32 plus tip on this business. The only upside to this experience was I did get a quick neck massage out of the experience because she took so long. Although, I have been to places that include the neck massage with the manicure. Either way, not going back to this place and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

I have been going to this salon for over five years now. I am always treated like a friend when I go. The salon is especially clean and always smells fresh as they go out of their way to keep it pleasant and healthy. Tiffanie is my manicurist/nail professional, and she is very knowledgeable in any health concerns for healthy nails and toenails. I would highly recommend this salon for quality and friendly service. They are always ready to make you happy and satisfied.

My first visit here was about 6 weeks ago. Although I wanted to do the gel manicure, the young man who did my nails suggested I do the acrylic since my nails were too short. He did a fabulous job. The problem was when I came back for a fill. The person did not do a good job; too thick and sloppy. A coupe of weeks later I came back to get them removed so I could get the gel nails since my nails had grown in. UGH! The person doing the gel clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Two hours later, despite a couple of my nails not drying, she sent me on my way $ 35 poorer. The next day, I could see the messy polish all over my fingers and the smeared nails. My 3 year old granddaughter could have colored within the lines better. I returned to the shop and demanded my money back. They don’t have the right equipment or experience to do gel nails. The UV lights they used are NOT for gel nails. They use Shellac and OPI products but haven’t invested in either of those UV light machines. I’ve had a pedicure here and they do a decent job but if they are busy, your leg and foot massage is a measly 2 – 3 minutes. Meh! I’ve had better. I did get my money back for the shoddy manicure because there was no question it was bad. The owner wanted me to come back but I won’t unless they get the correct equipment for the products they use.

I ended up at Tiffanie the other day because my usual place, Bellagio, was booked. I was the only person in the salon for a good 30 minutes and still managed to get horrible service. My technicians had to be yelled at multiple times to come up from from lounging in the back and when they did come up they had major attitude and made it clear they did not want to be working. Then after it was all over, they rang me up and it was a good $ 10 more than Bellagio for the same service. I am sorry, but $ 59 for a shellac mani and a pedi is a lot. Finally, they double charged my card. I had TWO charges go through. One for $ 59(the original total) and one for $ 69(my total plus $ 10 tip even though they didnt earn it. About to head up there to get a refund. Very annoyed.

I really enjoy coming to this nail salon. I have never had to wait and every time I go in I get great service. Prices are fairly reasonable, I think I paid ~$ 40 for a pedicure, and ~$ 25 for a shellac manicure. One of my biggest pet peeves is how sanitary a place is and this place meets my expectations. This is definitely my go to place.

I have had a few bad experiences with nail salons around my area. But I desperately needed to get them refilled and cut down. I bit the bullet and headed to Tiffanie’s with my daughter in tow. We were greeted right away and we picked out our colours, and waited for 5 mins. A lady did my daughter’s nails and a gentleman did mine. 45 mins later we walked out happy girls. Paid 31 $ for the borth of us.

This is my go-to place for shellac manicures these days.(They also do other brands of the soak off gel polish — OPI, gelish… and at least one more.) It’s close to my house, the prices are pretty reasonable($ 25 for a gel polish manicure) and they have never damaged my nails. There are some people who are better with the gel application than others — Tiffanie is a «pro», Amanda used to be great(but I think she’s staying home with her baby now) and the guy is pretty awesome with shellac. My last manicure, I was a walk-in, and the shop was swamped. The lady who did my mani was nice, but wasn’t as confident with the gel. It didn’t last as long as usual(cuticle edges peeled up & chipped after 1.5 weeks of wear — instead of my usual 2.5 weeks.) This is NOT a day spa — the shop gets crowded and busy some times. I’ve been told to pick my color and wait, but nobody has ever been rude to me. The pedis are decent. And the staff is pretty good about not trying to up-sell the spa pedi unless you express interest. I’ve even dragged my guy in here once or twice to get his awful«cave man feet» under control.

Average price and quality. Mani is 15 $ and pedi is 25 $ which I think is pretty average not cheap as noted in the review I read At first glance everything looked OK but upon closer look, my pedi was messy(nails not completely painted or onto skin) and my finger nails have already started to peel on the sides(for full disclosure I did wash two pots last night). I probably won’t be returning although the employees were very friendly and I was immediately helped.
