Timberline Fitness Studio

One of my favorite places around. I love coming here once in a while to practice my shots. Long ago I used to come here with my father and have practice drills and have small competitions which we no longer due but I figured I’d share. I haven’t been here in a while but planning to come soon.
The gym ifs self is pretty awesome as well by the way and the folks here are always nice.

Excellent body-​specific workout equipment as well as a huge selection of free weights. This is a serious gym that welcomes, and assists amateurs like me. Physically and mentally a good space in which to spend valuable time. Very clean throughout. For my senior citizen sisters and brothers: at 73, I’m in good physical shape for any age, due in no small measure to Timberline Fitness. Robin Smith

I love this gym it’s so cute! It’s in Montrose, parking is scarce but there is a little parking lot they have. I like their Pilates and yoga class and they’re cycling bikes with the monitors that are game like.

my fiancé and i started going to the gym to get in shape for our september wedding and were kicking and screaming when we had to leave tx for our cross country move. we had several personal training sessions with jeff, who is such a sweetheart and is really great for improving techniques to prevent injuries. he’s very relaxed and is one of the timberline yoga instructors. we also did the boot camp classes — which were held in small groups on monday with garrett, tuesday with dean and thursday with terrance. basically they’d kick your butt for an hour and 15 minutes :) it was great working with the 3 trainers, they all have variable techniques/​styles that challenge your body in different ways. timberline is a small gym that’s relaxed, seriously fun and is full of modern and diversified equipment. you’ll get one heck of a workout and you’ll find yourself making some great friends!
we miss timberline so much and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone at any fitness level!

Boyfriend and I just started doing personal training sessions at this gym. So far so good! It’s never busy, there is no grunting which is rather nice as that is quite distracting. They have an outdoor space in front of the gym so on a nice day we have done training outside. Everyone seems pretty nice so far and the facility is very clean which is key considering folks are sweating all over the place. I will re-​review this gym in another 2 months. Let’s see if I still feel the same :)

Best gym I have ever stepped foot in. Nowhere else can match the combination of expertise, professionalism, friendliness, and fun Timberline has to offer. Whether you prefer personal training, group classes or working out on your own, the trainers and facility will exceed your expectations. I love that they offer everyone a one week free trial with no pressure whatsoever. All you have to do is stop in to realize that there is something special about this fitness studio.

This gym, while small, is full of personality. I was recommend by a friend to try a Pilates class with Sara. You’d of thought I’d been around her and the other class takers forever. They were so nice and helpful with all of the reformer moves, it made me feel so welcomed. The comradery developed with the rest of the ladies makes going to class the highlight of my day. Definitely a place for someone who enjoys working out in groups.
