I stand corrected from the first review I had originally written. We were shown nicely updated apartment units and were promised the same quality in our unit upon moving in. The property drug their feet and notified me four days prior to moving in telling me that none of the promised things would be available to us. We were very upset bc we had corresponded numurous times via email, phone calls and personally to ensure everything was set, as we had started our search over a month before the schueduled move date. I’m guessing they thought we would be OK with peeling sheets of paint in the bath tub,(which they promised a new tub) or the old dingy costly tan and black appliances(which we were promised all new matching ones) the outdated brown cabinets,(that they promised would be painted a fresh white) and faux hardwood flooring in select areas,(which still had the outdated pattern vinyl)…etc. None of this is acceptable, especially after being told otherwise. It wasn’t like we wanted or demanded extras out of the norm. We just wanted the unit to reflect how the models were. The only thing that was similar to the models were the 2inch blinds. It took 2 weeks to finally get our administration fee back, which I’m surprised they didn’t try to swindle. Because of Timbers, we had to push our move date back by a week! Long story long, we found an amazing place in the Champion Forest area which is a better property in a great location. Yes, Derek is nice and polite, but the way we were done before move in makes me wonder how we would have eventually been treated as residents. I don’t have to settle and you don’t have to LIE!

The lady answering the phone was very rude with an attitude. She didn’t seem to know too much information. No joke I hung up on her
