Tip Top Cleaners

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!! I took 15 pieces (1 suit, 2 sport coats, 4 trousers and 7 shirts) here. I have been using these guys for about 3 years and had no issues and good service. But it seems to have changed hands or something. When I got my clothes back, the smell of cleaning fluid was overwhelming. They offered to redo them and they smelled just as bad the second time. I complained and the girl said they had other complaints too and had told their laundry to clean their machines. They offered to try again and I refused. They wouldn’t give my money back either since they had cleaned them twice! I took the clothes to another cleaner and explained the problem and when I got them back again, they still smelled. Bottom line, they have completely ruined $ 1,200 worth of clothes that I now need to replace. No point going after them. All I can do is post this warning.

I’m updating my review of Tip Top Cleaners on Cutten Road. They are now UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!
The new owners let me look in the «lost and found» and I found my missing two articles of clothing. They were cleaned but had no identifying tickets on them. The new lady apologized for the old owners neglect and didn’t charge me for the dry cleaning.
I promised the owner that I would update their review and let people know that they are NEW and are committed to providing excellent service to their customers.
I’m willing to give them a chance but I will make sure to write myself a note/​list of my clothing articles from now on.

Amazing, honest and professional service, I’ve been using them for 3 years and have never had an issue. Recently I brought one of my dresses and they brought to my attention some spots (which I thought wasn’t going to come out) but they did and my dress was like if it was new… Totally neighborhood cleaners where you can come in, leave your clothes, and get them back fresh and professional cleaned, and every time I have a misunderstand or I’m concern about something I just go and talk to the front desk lady and they will try to fix the problem, I love the service…

I have a blue shirt that had some coffee stain and brown ring around the collar. I did not think they have possible to take off those stain but they did great job. Prices are decent not huge difference than other dry clean services.

I had a great experience with tip top cleaners. They’re very convenient, reliable, and the best thing is that I got my dress back from them as it was new.

The cleaners washed my khaki wool slacks. The pants were ruined and it’s been a month since the incident. Although the cleaners acknowledged their mistake and promised me a check weeks ago, now the manager will not return my calls. If I could post pictures on Unilocal you would see how the pants were returned to me. Completely unsatisfactory

The cleaning is fine but the attendant barely speaks English and I can tell she is not paying attention to what I am asking them to do with our cleaning items. But on top of that, 3 visits here and each time they have misplaced something or do not understand their own system. They are conveniently located but will not be returning. Sorry.
