The lady that owns this place is really nice and been at this location for the 30+ years. She took really good care of my little dog. She gave them treats, talks to them sometimes. I just went up there this October and she has the place all decorated for Halloween because its one of her favorite holidays. Now I was very satisfied when I went to pick up my dog and saw she looks gorgeous, with a very shiny coat, smelling very well and just happy. The lady told me she also clipped her nails, free of charge. Which I really appreciated. I will be back here, whenever my dog needs another haircut or anything else.

I’ve been coming here to get my two dogs groomed since 2008. The owner is very dedicated individual and you can tell that she puts a lot of love and dedication. Her little place is always beautifully decorated and the owner usually has another lady that helps her clean and dry the dogs. The owner has been grooming for decades and she goes beyond by also trimming your dog’s nails. Owner is older and so is her helper. She works endlessly but don’t let her first impression be the judge of her dedicated efforts. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get them trimmed. I’m just worried how much longer until she retires. I would hate to search for another groomer. Also place is cash only and you must call for an appointment first. The latest that you can drop your pet is before 10AM. Pick up is usually after 5PM.

Located in a very sketchy strip mall on Beechnut intersecting Kirkwood, this shop is where my Yorkie and Shih-tzu have been going to get their hairdos done in the past 3 – 4 years. Price is great! Grooming service is only $ 30 per small-sized dog; CASHONLY. Service is not excellent but alright and acceptable, I think. Howver, the grooming lady seems kinda rude as she often comments that my Shih-tzu is «such a bad dog!» and she is NOT kidding. oh well, i dont care. As long as my 2 babies come out clean and neat, that’s all it counts! I’m not sure whether they accept walk-ins but I always call ahead to schedule appointments.
