I always go to this place for the little miscellaneous items. Same two fellas are always there. They are always friendly and walk me to what I am looking for. Not like home depot, they just point and tell you which aisle to go to. They always have exactly what I am looking for.

Came here for some parts to a DIY light kit and was greeted by an obtuse extremely rude manager who basically told me what I was doing was impossible despite the fact that many other people had already done this project with the help of their local hardware store. I also saw the manager being very rude to another customer. Do not come to this store if you have any other option.

Although we have a Lowes and a Home Depot close by, I go to this little Ace Hardware outlet whenever possible for my yard maintenance and construction supplies. They are extremely well stocked, and getting in and out is so much easier than at the big box stores. And they go the extra mile in terms of service, literally. I bought a small wheelbarrow from them today which I had assumed I’d have to take home in a box and assemble myself. BUTNO! They had one already assembled and ready to go. On top of that, when the assembled wheelbarrow wouldn’t fit in my car trunk, the gentleman there, without hesitation, volunteered to follow me home in his truck with the wheelbarrow in it. Fantastic! Highest recommendation. It’s also one of the few places you can find Murphy’s Oil soap these days, too, as well as diatomaceous earth, an organic lawn pesticide.

Tried to call them, the phone rang and rang, then finally I got a generic voicemail that said the mailbox was full and to please hang up.
