Mixed feelings about this place. When they are busy the staff tends to be short and rude. When they are not busy they talk too much. The real kicker is that no matter, busy or not, they have the hardest time finding your clothes. Most of my time at the counter is waiting for them to find my order. Lets talk about the location and interior: it is located next to a gas station, is in need of updating(the whole complex), it is dark inside, there is not much exterior light and the place is so big that the light bulbs they have do not light it well. I get the feeling that they are just surviving with ambition to grow and improve. Personal preference: I tend to not use dry cleaners that send my clothes off-site to be processed. I want my stuff to stay where I dropped it — I feel more comfortable about my clothes not becoming lost. So, I choose not to use them even though they are super convenient to my work/home commute. However, my boyfriend decided this was a convenient location, so here we are.

Horrible Customer Service!!! I would like to say first that I have been a customer at Touch cleaners for seven years that ended today! The staff has changed within the last year and not for the better. The staff used to be very courteous. None of that remains. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. It was as if it was an inconvenience that I was bringing in my laundry. I like to support local businesses, however I will no longer support this one. I would give them zero stars, but since I can’t the one star is for the opportunity to warn others!
