The swing set is good quality, but their customer service is terrible. We had a tree branch fall on the swing set and it needed to be repaired. I went there over a month ago and asked for a quote on repairs. I gave them all the photos they requested and 5 weeks later I still don’t have an estimate. Nothing but run around and now they want $ 125 to write an estimate. I will never do business with them again and would tell anyone else to go elsewhere.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, period. They have mismanaged the promotional financing for a purchase I made over two years ago and every time I try to correct it the finance teams and sales teams are rude, unprofessional and unwilling to find a solution that meets both parties needs. While the product sold is good, the experience with the service alone would drive me to buy from another company.

I was extremely impressed with the sales process and the quality of the swing sets as well as the expressed warranty. They were very attentive helpful during the sale and install. I also moved, two years later, and paid them $ 500.00 to bring it to the new home with no issues. A few weeks after they reinstalled it, incorrectly, the slide fell off and damaged the platform it was attached to. They installed it at an angle instead of leveling the ground under the slide. I asked them to come reattach it and that’s when things went sour. They were not the same helpful company and I got the run around. After 3 weeks with no progress I had to hire another company to come fix it because it was unsafe for the kids to play on and I had a hard time keeping them off of it while waiting for help from Tree Frogs.

Very Impressed with the High Level Of Customer Service. I researched many different playsets. Both online and in traditional local locations. Nowhere else did I receive the level of Customer service that I got from Tree Frog. From my initial contact with Jessica (one of there Customer Service rep’s) through deciding on the set for my son, ordering, shipping and follow-​up after delivery. Since they didn’t have an installer in my area I found my own installer. He had never installed a Tree Frog set although he has installed 5,000+ sets. Even this experienced installer was impressed with the level of quality of the Tree Frog set. He told me most of the manufactures use thinner wood even on the wood roof the shack slats are thicker. We had a couple of questions during the installation and called Jessica. She was able to get us answers in a matter of minutes (not days). Our son Love’s his new Tree Frog set and I’m sure he will for years to come.
