Truity Credit Union – ConocoPhillips Complex

They are always very helpful, very friendly and if they don’t know an answer for you, they’ll research it and get back to you. Whenever I walk in the door, one of the workers always says hello and calls me by name. That is important to me to make me feel like they really care.
When I bought my house, it never occurred to me to go anywhere but 66FCU to get my mortgage. Even though the people I dealt with for the mortgage were not in the Houston office, they too were extremely helpful and courteous to me. And at any point when the Houston staff could help me with any of the house buying items, they volunteered wholeheartedly to do so.
The staff of Sarah, Russell, and DeCarla have been there for years making their customers extremely happy. Now Jon has been added and is following in their footsteps.
This credit union is the greatest example of excellent customer service that I have ever experienced.
