Tuscany Oaks Apartments

Nice and serene ambience! Have been living here for last 4 months and feel it worth for every penny I pay to them. Glad that My wife and I found a good apt complex close to all amenities near to galleria, heb, numerous diner and eat out places on Westheimer.

I was wrong when I ignored the post of the person above me, thinking that all apartment management might have some kind of problem, in various degree. It turned out that this is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Weeks since I moved in, it’s already taken me 3 office visits and multiple calls to check on the maintaince requests from the move-​in checklist. They said they would fix EVERYTHING within the NEXT day. Well, I believed in their promises multiple times, but of course it did not happen like they said. Randomly they fixed a few things in my list. I understand that they have a long maintainance list to work on, so I don’t expect them to fix within the next day. But if they said they would fix it by X date, it’d rather be that way, otherwise don’t make promises! Until now, my unit is still not liveable — no washer, no Internet and I was bitten by spider.
Also please prepare to see occassions when the maintenance guy enter your apartment without leaving a notice on what had been fixed. Or leave out one or two items in the work items for that visit but still mark as done.
Overall, the rent is okay for apartment like this in the area. However, I’d rather pay a little more to not having to deal with this type of management. It has been too stressful for me. I will definitely say goodbye with them as soon as my lease ends.
Richdale has some other properties which are run by a complete different crew. My friend who stays in Tuscany Apartments didn’t experience any problem with management keeping their promises like here.

RICHDALE Property Management company is Absolutely the WORST apartment property management company EVER! Doesn’t matter the issue the ‘management’ company does NOT EVER get it right or prompt. They never deliver on their promises without constant nagging. They don’t call back. Break-​ins happen REGULARY. The property is consistently going down hill. Torn screens, trashed out balconies, broken fences, dirty breeze ways, patch-​work maintenance broken sprinkler heads that allow water to run down street for weeks! One day notice that someone (such as sprinkler checks, pest control) will be entering your premises whether you like it or not. But I am not sure they actually perform these services as it doesn’t seem to stop the pests and they NEVER leave a not during these visits. I am not some young disgruntled inexperienced tenant. I am a business executive that pays HIGH rent promptly and expects RICHDALE to provide the SERVICE that I am PAYING for.
You have been informed so if you go forward with renting from them you have only yourself to blame.
