Love this little hideout. It’s unexpectedly awesome!!! The vibe is super chill. They play music and TV for you to hang out. My friends and I bring our own board games and relax for a few hours. I’ve been going to this place for years. Love it here.

I came to this place for the first time about a month or so ago. I’ve been back a few times since then, and I always enjoy my experience. The environment is very chill and relaxing. I always like the music and discover new songs each time I go. I asked about the playlist the last time I was there, and was told the guys who work there shuffle their personal playlists. That’s pretty cool. Also, I love the 90’s cartoons mural painted on the walls. As far as hookah flavors go, I feel they have a nice selection. I like to get a mix of chitastic and bananarama. One day I asked one of the servers what he suggested, and he told me to try OMG. I didn’t care for that one though. You can bring your own beer and wine for a small fee, I believe $ 5. No hard liquor is allowed though. I give this place four stars instead of five, because aside from a few snacks like chips and candy, they don’t serve food here.

Chill atmosphere. Bad time. Went on a Friday night with a friend and the place looked really chill with the couch setups and 90s cartoon mural. Had to wait forever to order our flavor. The first 3 flavors we tried to pick were all out so we just got whatever the guy recommended. Was sub-par but we figured it didn’t matter since the menu listed basic hookah(no ice tip/no fruit top) as being $ 10. We needed coals halfway through our sesh and we were told there was no extra charge. Had to wait forever for that until someone else finally helped us. From what I could see, I think the servers here got too distracted from conversing with the other young guests. When we finally decided to leave, our sesh came out to $ 17 instead of the anticipated 10. There are better quality hookah lounges in Houston at a better price. I would not recommend this place.

Inside looks very cool with graffiti, environment is relaxed and has tv’s everywhere. Employees are cool and service is good. The boss/manager is cool too. Definitely check it out!

This is the place to come when you want to chill out with your crew and watch tv, chat, or play some games. The service isn’t 5 star, mainly teens working there who typically have their own crew there hanging out with them while they work. But they are always helpful if you want hookah flavor recommendations(they have a huge menu, even ice tips!) or if you want a channel on the tv changed. Really cool graffiti on the walls from 90’s cartoons, have a snack bar(chips/sodas), and there’s a smoke shop in front of the lounge. Tons of parking out front and open late. You can BYOB for a small charge. Overall great chill spot, sometimes quiet, sometimes packed, just depends when you go!

Hands down best hookah lounge in Houston! Employees are well trained, friendly, and knowledgeable. The art work is amazing makes you feel like your back in the 90’s. There’s a bunch of couches, t. v’s, and snacks. Music is great. It’s always clean. I challenge you to go to another lounge in Houston and get a better experience.

We went they said they stopped serving at 12. We arrived at 12. They had pretty much already prepared to leave at 1. All the night time people seemed to be high off something other than hookah. Bad service especially the kid with the long hair.

Went last night it was awesome the guy who greeted us at the door was super nice and chill we were immediately seated… the atmosphere is awesome there’s graffiti on the walls of various cartoons that I think only 80’s and 90’s kids will understand it’s super neat there’s tv’s in case you want to watch sports or whatever but I think they’re just for looks cause they’re kinda useless… the music they play is great… wasn’t a ton of Drake like I thought it would be ha it was actually various genres there’s bound to be something you like that’s for sure… we sat on this nice comfy couch and then we were greeted by this nice young man who brought us a hookah with the flavor we chose he was extremely helpful… the pricing is reasonable and those coals last forever ha!!’ But if you need another coal it’s another $ 1 and if you want ice tips it’s $ 5…if you go with a group of friends it’s 3 people per hookah and they also have free wifi which is a plus and if you have trouble picking a flavor just remember«frozen Lakes» is the shiznit! Hope this helps have fun!

I literally come here every other weekend. The hookah is super cheap but good it’s so much better than other hookah lounges because at the others the prices are high and the hookah itself sucks. I love how chill it is there and the vibe is just great. You can watch tv if you want or just stare and admire the grafittis on the walls. Or you can just sit back and relax on their comfty couches As far as food, they have a snack bar and sell drinks(soda and teas) They do have Ice Tip which is actually hard to find at some hookah lounges. Parking is easy to find(there is a lot of parking space) Overall, I enjoy coming to Twenty Past Dour with my buddies. You can go and smoke with friends, relax and play some board games while munching on snacks.

Greetings, fellow Unilocalsters! #1: The place is very clean. #2: Service is friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. #3: Prices are good. $ 10 for a set up with Fantasia pink lemonade. Very good hookahs. The smoke shop in the front is clean, orderly, and nicely set up. Pipes, bubblers, rigs, etc etc. The hookah lounge is in the back. The artwork on the wall is badass! My hookah came out within a minute or two after ordering. It’s dead — it’s lunchtime — but I’ve been in similar situations and waited 10−15minutes at other places. They have snacks, juice, sodas, etc. It’s BYOB — I think. Very chill vibe, atmosphere and workers. Still a new place with lots of potential. I suggest they do more marketing. The only way I knew about this place is because I drive by it all the time since I work in the professional buildings next to Hermann Memorial. TL;DR Clean, chill atmosphere, snacks, byob.

This is a pretty decent hookah bar. It is byob, which means it can get rowdy at times and it is set in the back of a head shop which makes it feel like you’re entering a VIP area. There is a huge selection of pretty much the same flavors, but some brands are more pricier. If you ask me though, it’s just hype. I’ve smoked hookah for years and most of the brands aren’t much different in the quality area. A huge plus this place has compared to other local hookah places in the area is that the hookahs are always clean and well kept and so is the environment. It’s nice to have a clean atmosphere to smoke that doesn’t feel polluted and that you aren’t going to walk out smelling like a cigarette because the only smoking allowed is hookah smoke. You’re definitely paying for a good clean hookah, nothing to worry about there. The downside of this place is that the sitting arrangements are just plain awkward. It’s like you are sitting in a business conference and it’s not as homey as I would like. Also there is too many tv’s all with a different channel and no captions or sound. Kind of pointless if you ask me, they play music which is fine at a decent level, I just hope you like Drake because that’s all you’re going to hear pretty much. The snacks and drinks are a good plus. It’s a pretty good place, but like I said, you won’t feel at home and it’s hard to meet people there and I like to smoke hookah and run into strangers and make friends with them. Other than that, it’s nice if you want to bring a few beers and enjoy hookah with some friends.
