Just moved some items down from up north… The manager, Danny, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He made the whole experience (this was my first storage unit rental ever) as easy as can be… he and my movers ran around getting everything done, quickly and efficiently, I couldn’t do much more than hold a door for them.
The storage unit facility was very clean and seems secure… I locked myself out once, but Danny was there to rescue me!
Happy I found this place!

The first thing about Uncle Bob’s that I want to say, is that it’s well run. What this means to me is that it’s clean, and neat, and I’ve never seen a bug on the premises, which is a big deal in Texas.
The lights always work. The temperatures are well within the promised range, summer and winter. They don’t seem to cut any corners. I like the fact that the carts are always put back in their place so that if they’re not being used by anyone, they’re available for me.
Hallways are clean and unobstructed. Easy to get in and out.
It’s been a real positive experience storing my family’s things at Uncle Bob’s. The managers are quietly competent and friendly. They deserve the five stars, plus.

The manager was really helpful in renting out unit and selecting size. He even checked on us during the move. The elevators are huge! And it was nice to have unlocked bathroom nearby.

I was making a cross country move with plenty of uncertainties. Danny, the Manager, made my storage experience exceptional. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Great communication and a clean, quality facility. Danny anticipatied how he could help meet my needs. Uncle Bob’s is an outstanding choice.
