I’ve lived here for 2 years and did work here a bit. I know that they do their best to accommodate the needs of the students that live here, but that it doesn’t always work out. Overall they are very fair in their dealings with people. They are generally short staffed so be aware that you may have to wait on maintenance issues. However, there is an emergency phone and they are required to answer it at any time for any reason. They may not be able to help, but they generally will if they can. Keep in mind that you are looking into fairly cheap apartments so don’t expect too many luxuries or amenities. Lastly, this place has had 0 car break ins while I’ve been here and it’s super chill because everyone is an older student or international and tends to keep to themselves. It’s awesome for someone looking for a quiet place to feel like they can walk around at night.
