This place us always out of what I need, and the manager always has an excuse for everything. They have some shaggy dog hanging out inside, i think they found him on the street. I will not be back..

This place is a joke. YES I am a «newbie» to vaping world but that is NO reason to make me feel Unwelcomed. If it wasn’t for my friend I would have never bothered stepping into your little shithole. Long story short I was vaping on a juice brand that I didn’t purchase there and the dummie grabs the bottle (with out my permission) and just stares at it like «wtf is this» makes unnecessary comments about how cheap the label looks. Secondly, yeah I vape on Eleaf Istick — half of the comments were unnecessary but I clearly do not need a different device and refuse to spend money at your shop. According to the reviews I’m NOT the only one with bad experiences, if you can’t help a customer that spent over $ 300 at your shop really doubt you can help a «NOOB» like me. Vaping isn’t about «looking cool» it’s about making a lifestyle change. Way to go.

Best shop in H-​Town hands down! Illana, the owner, is very knowledgeable about everything she carries, and her staff (I would use the term vape family XD) are all very well versed in the product as well. Quan, the gm, is always on top of all the new products, and he makes some badass as bananas coils! Toby, the resident puppy doge, does a great job of begging for AFFECTION, and making the environment chill as heck! Seriously, if you want great products, great selection, and a great time just chilling in general, head to VapeRX! The folks here will take care of you!

This place was recommend by my regular vape shop in Houston (Artisan Vapor) to purchase CBD oil.
I called ahead and asked what types of selections they carry, and went later in the day. They remembered me from the phone call (amazing in this day and age to be honest), and set me up. I needed to make a quick trip and go and had me on my way in no time.
The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and well worth the 30 minute drive in Houston traffic.
My next visit will check out their other juice favors.
Plus the table soccer game when you walk in was as nice touch.
Will be back and highly recommend.

I have been several times with high prices and rude customer service. I’ve told myself I would never come back when I attempted to come and they were closed for some Jewish holiday… really? Another time it was 12:15 and the store was closed with nobody there.
The owner is very judgmental and gives me a snoody vibe, like her ish don’t stank. Well, trust me, you are no better than the rest of us. They are located in a hispanic part of town, and you would think they would focus on customer service. Well, I will take my business else where.

I originally bought my vape machine from the owner and spent over $ 300. Came in 3 months later to have the GM crack my glass in two places and he wouldn’t do anything about it but offer me a new carburetor for 40 bucks. Sharpen up your GM’s skills in dealing with customers. Taken my business elsewhere.

Best Vape shop in Houston hands down. Staff is not only knowledgeable but extremely friendly and caring. You’re treated more like a friend than a customer and that means alot. They have a great selection of mods and RDA’S. All of their juices are premium juices and definitely competitively priced. They carry juices I can’t find anywhere else in Houston. Plus they have a couch, TV, foosball table and Toby the Puppy Dawg. I’d recommend this shop to anyone who vapes or is looking to start vaping. They’ll definitely steer you in the right direction with no pressure to buy something you don’t want, unlike a lot of Vape shops I’ve been to. The staff that works there will actually listen and care. So stop reading and go check then out, you won’t be disappointed.

Cool place, great customer service! Really enjoyed hanging out with Quan and Jonathan today at Vape RX. They were extremely knowledgable about their products. They allowed us to ask questions, sample the various flavors (and there were a lot), and then took the time to show us how to use our vapor gadgets properly. During our hour long stay with these guys, several regulars came in to get help. They divided their attention between all who entered without making us feel ignored. Highly recommend this place if you are seeking an alternative to smoking. The owner, Ilana, came out towards the end of our time together. She is equally as awesome!

Awesome shop, very clean and spacious! The owner is very knowledgeable, they have a great selection of top quality juices, a lot of top notch hardware to choose from, or even if you just need a build, VAPE RX has you covered! Thanks guys for opening a great shop in the south part of town! Don’t forget to say Hi to TOBY when you stop in!

Super clean, nice atmosphere. Owner is very knowledgeable and has awesome selection of juice. The tasters are freakin great! I got hooked up with an authentic for $ 69. Sat around and talked for a while. Def my new vaping paradise.
