Wonderful salon. I have been going here for years and am always happy with my mani-​pedi. They also offer free margaritas!

I have gone back since I posted my last review and I have to say that they did a great job with the shellac. I didn’t get a design but the shellac was done very well and as I said before, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend asking for Duke, he is the owner and he is a very nice man. He takes his time to make sure your nails get done right and that you are happy with the result.

I have been getting my nails done here for the past 4 months, and and can I say I have never been disappointed… Duke gives the best gel mani I have ever gotten, and I’ve been wearing gel for 6 years. And you must try the deluxe pedi (Fabulous) and a great value!!! Duke, I’m yours for a long time.

I’ve been here about 4 times and each time I leave not fully satisfied. I figured that since I’m new to the area and very particular about my nails, I’m being too picky, but I’m not. My nails have been rushed each time and it’s frustrating. I used to be a horrible nail bitter and for almost a year, I’ve been growing my nails. My nails are long and pretty so all I get done is an over lay. My nails are my pride now, but since going to them, my nails aren’t what they used to be. Since they rushed on my nails and didn’t apply the over lay like it should have been applied, my nails have popped and cracked leaving me to have to have fake nails again. This last time Duke did my nails and the service he gave me was so wrong. It was New Year’s Eve AND my birthday. He told me that he was going out and wanted to get finished. It took him all of 15 minutes to finish my nails. I was upset but didn’t say anything because I had people waiting to celebrate with me. I get the white tip polished on and the way he applied it looked like a 10 year old did it. I didn’t like it at all. Tracy usually does my nails, but she wasn’t there that day. I also noticed that Tracy had been over charging me, which I figured on my first visit. To get a refill with white Polish, she was charging me almost 40. When Duke did my nails, I was charged 25. I will not be returning. I now have to drive back to my home town where the attitudes are nasty, but they do excellent work. I’m so bummed about my nails being broken, damaged, and short

They shredded the top of my cuticles off, it hurts. I told her not to touch my cuticles so I don’t understand why half of my nails have cuts like this. My younger sister also had a painful experience, they need to pay attention to what they’re doing instead of making phone calls while doing my nails.

I’ve been going to Duke for four years now and I love the way he does my nails. Not only does he do a great job, but he is super fast! I also enjoy the positive energy in that salon; Duke and his girls are always welcoming and smiling. I would highly recommend this salon!

I started going to Venetian Nail Design several months ago because it was very close to where we recently moved. However, I quickly realized that this is a gem of a nail salon. I’m impulsive and normally just walk in but he takes appointments too. The owner «Duke» does an amazing fill… VERY thorough but fast! He’s also extremely nice and speaks perfect English. The rest of the techs are great and their Pedis are fantastic. Prices are reasonable… located next to Kroger’s with ample parking.
Highly recommend!

I have been going here for almost two years! I love the service, my nails stay on and polished with shellac and acrclic for almost four weeks ALWAYS! Duke gives fast service and most of the women in there are extremely nice. Love this place, I refuse to go elsewhere.

I just moved here and I was looking for a nail salon to go to and decided to check out Venetian Nail Design… I LOVED IT! I had my nails done by the guy that works there and he did an AMAZING job! He asked me how I like my nails to look and he actually listened and made them look great! The girls that work there were very nice! They all greeted me with a smile. I will definitely be going back there! :)

I had such a great experience, Duke did my nails he did them with such detailed precision. I am very picky and truly enjoyed the experience. I will definitely come back. I will also recommend the shop to everyone as it’s a beautiful shop, they’re very friendly, very detailed in everything, they have 8 pedicure chairs and 7 nail stations. GO SEE DUKE!!!

Not the place I usually go to but I was looking to get something done on a time crunch, got shellac on my nails and less then 24 hours later it’s coming off. Not only that but the woman who was doing my nails seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. Not the first time I have had shellac done so I know what it’s suppose to look like. They were suppose to be a solid shiny black and instead they came out blotchy and semi transparent of some of the nails with weird matte streaks on them. After trying to get her to fix it 4 times and only making it worse I just wanted to get out of there and let it be. Will never be going back to this place and you shouldn’t either.
Also told her not to cut my nails because I liked them long, she said okay and then proceeded to use a nail file to painfully file them down crazy short and uneven.
Besides the actual work the people were rude and constantly getting up to answer their personal phones and bounce between customers instead on working on one person at a time.
Update. Got nails done friday afternoon and it is now sunday morning. After showering 7 of my nails are now bare after the «shellac» peeled right up and off while in the water.

I went to Venetian after buying a groupon. I wanted to pay to upgrade my groupon to a shellac manicure, one of the girls gave me a price, then their boss, who works there and is not exactly nice wanted to charge me double the amount the other lady had said, I was dissapointed about it, I was hoping to get shellac since Im going on a cruise and I wanted the manicure to last, also, older clients who seemed to be regulars went ahead of me and were offered drinks (I guess groupon clientele get a different treatment at this place, boss seemed to be annoyed by the fact that I was paying with a groupon, which absolutely did not make sense) I am usually not one to give reviews or complaints but I was so annoyed, plus not to mention the usual foreign language conversation in which I could tell they where making fun of another client’s comment. Some of the Staff was nice and somewhat attentive.
