2. If they say they don’t have something, you might want to second guess them.
3. Prepare to walk in dirt and /​or mud.
4. I found some nasty, HUGE fire ants in the pot /​dirt so be careful.
5. Don’t bother signing up via email for a free tree through their site.
I’m mixed about this place after my first visit based on customer service. I spent weeks narrowing in on a tree based on size, cost, and soil type. Verdant’s website says they have it. Make a special trip. Enter. Guy behind the counter (Didn’t catch his name) was clueless if they had it. I mention the website, he tells me its not accurate. Left me hanging. I had to ask if I could see what they had. Another guy comes out of an office and says they have it. Turns out, they have a whole ROW of them. Got exactly what I wanted! If it weren’t for the other guy being there, I would not have my tree.
