Yep, everything was as stated in the previous review, except… The price has gone up to $ 15 for 4 cubic feet. Still a good deal I believe. Also, the receptionist pointed me to a small office two doors down on the right. The guy in there was really friendly and carried the bag out to my car for me. I recommend this place to anyone in the area needing vermiculite for their garden.

If you’re looking for vermiculite for your garden, I imagine its really hard to find anything cheaper! Around $ 8 for a 4 cu. ft. bag of this stuff.
It is near memorial park but tucked a little out of the way so double check your map before heading out. Otherwise the only snag is that the front of the building says «Shelton W Greer» and doesn’t mention vermiculite (and the invoice says just «Vermiculite Products, Inc.» Don’t worry, just walk in and the receptionist will happily sell you a bag.
Bring cash or check, cause they ain’t taking credit.
