Base on my own experience, this company does not want to take care of its customers. They made repeated mistakes shipping wrong items; and when we emailed or called, they avoided us. After days of chasing them, they finally answered when we hid our phone number. The results is, even though they shipped wrong items 2X’s, they basically said there is nothing they could do or would want to make it right. We have too many other places to spend our hard-​earned dollar! I am avoiding companies like these!
