Where do I start, yes Juan did fix my fridge after he first admitted to diagnosing the problem wrong, so he took my fridge to wherever he works on them and had it over a month, I found it to be strange that he would never call me about updates and I would always have to call him, several times promised to come to never show up, even after they redelivered my fridge because they forgot to reconnect the water line. (My sons iPod came up stole) I did find my iPhone app and found the specific location. He can deny it all he wants. So now I’ve had the fridge back a week tops and the fridge is messed up again, ice maker going haywire. So I asked him to come out because of the warranty, and again he promised to come out on several occasions, even offered him a another trip charge, never shows up. So I ended hiring someone else, my calls go to voicemail like my number is blocked.

I’m writing this review on behalf of a friend who doesn’t have Unilocal but wanted to give Juan a good review. My friend Frank called Veterans Appliances after hours. Juan called him back first thing in the morning and was onsite that same morning. He had to go to 2 different companies to find the replacement part but successfully made the repairs. Juan was very pleasant and took the time to clean up so there was no fuss, no muss. Frank highly recommends Juan and Veterans Appliances.

Juan is awesome!!! He came out on a Sunday morning and repaired my fathers refrigerator.
