I realized the morning before I was leaving for the British Virgin Islands that my passport had expired. I live in St. Louis but called VIP Passports in Houston to see if they could somehow help me out — and boy did they! Paul helped me out. He was calm and competent, and together, we formulated a plan in which I would overnight him my information/​application to VIP and he would get my passport the next day and overnight it to me in St. Thomas! Not only did he help me with my application questions, but he also helped me research the FedEx location in St. Thomas — above and beyond helpful! The VIP Passport main line personnel were also incredibly helpful when I called every 5 minutes with another question regarding the paperwork. Once I sent off all my information, VIP Passports kept me informed each step along the way and made me feel confident in their services.
I am still in shock that within 36 hours, my expired passport in Missouri was renewed in Houston and then in my hands in St. Thomas. Absolutely incredible! Thank you, VIP!!!
