Walgreens

I like this Walgreens because I can almost always find the items I need, only problem is that I feel like I get followed. I do carry a big bag, what mom and couponer on top of that, doesn’t? Lol. I haven’t gotten gangstah on them yet but if I see them doing it again, there will be Enfamil or Huggies flying off the shelves and into their face! I can afford my things, thank you!

Good location, open 24 hours. Staff rotates alot, 2 employees friendly (older woman in beauty and younger girl at register with dark hair) quite often people asking for money in parking lot, and alot of stray people, be careful especially after dark. Lock car and watch surroundings

Such a nasty store. Parking lot is always filthy. Pharmacy drive thru is horrible and smells. On hold for 29 minutes, picks up phone and hangs up. The poor pharmacist was working alone. Only use this store when my other pharmacy is closed. Ugh.

Hate this Walgreens location nothing but bums outside asking for change.

Terrible customer service in pharmacy. The young girl acts like she doesnt know anything. When I first moved over to this side of town I gave them the insurance card so that they could have it on file and yet somehow after that it happened to me twice when I went up there she denied me having insurance when I clearly did. I had to bring my husband up there to prove it. I seriously dont think she knows what shes doing. And today they didnt even have my prescription ready when it said it was goin to be ready. After I waited in line for nearly 30 mins!!! Waited for nothing! I was soo angry! Then the time after that I brought my husband because I knew it was gonna be a terrible experience. I asked if they needed the insurance card. The nice older lady said no not at all we have u on file. I told her what had happened before and she offered a sincere apology and told me that she was filling in and that wasnt her store but that if I came to her location that I would not be treated that way. Needless to say I changed Walgreens even though this one is right by the house. Cause apparently the young girl that gives me problems all the time has a problem with me and I dont even know her. Shoot I’d rather spend more gas money than have to deal with incompotent young girls who shouldn’t be working there in the first place.
