I went to my neighborhood Walgreens with my son and my dog Liz. I have done this for the last 8 months since living in this area. Went to the candy area and a women and her child wanted to pet my little dog. As they were petting her a Hispanic gentleman said I had to leave that dogs were not allowed inside the store. I stated I have been here with her numerous times and never was told this. I asked when the policy changes. He then said only dogs allowed are for the handicap individuals. So the lady who was petting my dog with her baby and became discussted and so was I. I decided to finish my business and leave as I was being stared at the entire time I was in the checkout line. The customers were nice enough to let me pass in front of them as they were aware of the situation. I left on the way out looking for a sign that was not visible. So I left walked to cvs and made my purchase of over 100.00 in doggie treats. I can say is this. If you love your dog and enjoy walking them around and grab a quick treat for them do not shop at Walgreens as they have made it very clear dog lovers are not welcome. To yell in the store that statement vs just walking over and quietly stating the problem to me states there policy loud and clear I will not say not to shop anywhere as we all have many choices. Just think about the atmosphere and policies of where you are spending your hard earned cash

Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy. Waited an hour for my prescription to be filled all to be told they couldn’t fill it. When I asked why the pharmacist said, «we can only fill prescriptions from Houston doctors, not Austin.» It gets worse from there but I’ll spare the details. GOSOMEWHEREELSE!

Pharmacist is rude! Hung up on me instead of trying to help me find a hard to find prescription. Will take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to matter what there’s a wait at the pharmacy that’s a minimum 20 minutes. Which 90% of the time that’s all you prescription isn’t even ready after getting texts or phone calls from Walgreens saying your prescription is ready. I love walking to Walgreens and still try to avoid it all costs. I wish corporate would come down and fix this place it’s awful

So much for caring about patients! I saw a Doctor(sic) called Monica and all she cared about was my payment. She could not do anything without all the paperwork completed — that was her only priority. It would be nice if in a so-called clinic they actually gave some value to the well being of those visiting them. Sad. I will never go back!

Probably the worst walgreens I’ve ever been to. If I was a first time customer I would never come back. I walked in to the pharmacy to make sure I could get a script transfered from a walgreens in Austin to here. They told me it’d be ready in an hour. I came back 3 hrs later, after I received the text stating that my script was ready for pick up. When I got here(after waiting in a 20 min line) they told me I couldn’t pick up the script until tomorrow. It is now«tomorrow» and I’m sitting in the drive-thru waiting«15 mins» for them to fill my script because apparently it was«filed away and no one every entered it.» The staff was unprofessional and unapologetic about their repeated mistakes. I will never return to to this walgreens, and it has me questioning walgreens as a whole after these multiple encounters. I delt with 3 separate people at this walgreens… It’s not like I only talked to one incompetent person. Find another pharmacy unless you have the patience of a saint.

Apparently it is wrong to have to go to the er. This walgreens seems to think getting prescriptions from multiple Dr’s over an extended period of time is a problem. I guess my wife should start calling ahead to see if the last dr that her a prescription is working. I would understand if the time on prescription should last overlapped the new one but they don’t by over a month.

I have been waiting 30 minutes to get some test results read for a TB test I need to volunteer. The assistant finally came out of the room and said I had to wait for the nurse. I asked is she the only one to read them she said yes. Just give me the results and let me go! Why am I waiting over 30 minutes when I’m the only one in line. I finally get to see the nurse and she prints out the paper and says there you go. She didn’t even read the results… lol. I’m going to need for people to stop thinking they are more important than they really are and let the dang assistant print out the paper!

Actually a pretty nice Walgreens. Has a great makeup selection! Very clean, well laid out. No wait when I was there around 1 on a weekday. Tons of parking.

I’ve gone 4 times to this location to print out pictures, each time the pictures came out beautiful. Tabish and Alex who worked at the photo lab are always friendly and competent, every single time I’ve print out pictures they’ve used discount coupons which shows how much they care for the costumer.

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever. I tried to call in my prescription because I needed it asap and I was put on hold for almost an hour. I called 5 different times and have never gotten to speak to the pharmacist. I get here and her attitude is the worst! Save your time. Never go here.

Worst pharmacy experience … ever! I came up to the counter to pick up my medication. She told me it’ll be ready in a few minutes. I waited 25 min then went to the counter for an update-they hadn’t even touched my order!!! In fact she tells me they have to look for it! Still waiting …

I am not a regular at this Walgreens. I was staying across the street at the JW Marriott and had forgotten to pack some specific toiletries. Ran across the street early in the morning to get them. The Walgreens seemed clean and organized but the staff wasn’t friendly. Also, the checkout line got long and it seemed to take a while to have a second employee come to the front to help. The person that I assume is the manager was not very attentive or friendly. I went to this location because it was convenient. However, I would not be a regular if I lived close. Retraining may be needed.

I ordered 44×6 photos from this Walgreens online and was emailed they would be ready by the next morning. When I drove there the following afternoon, they told me the machine didn’t work and the pictures hadn’t printed yet. I would have loved some sort of email/notification to let me know because these were photos I was planning to send out to family. Not please, wasted my time.

This is strictly for the pharmacy. The service here is extremely slow and I could barely understand the pharmacist. There was a 10 minute wait to drop off my prescription too. I wouldn’t come to this pharmacy location again. He said it would take 2 hrs because someone called in sick.

RIDICULOUS! Why will no one in the pharmacy answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for a ½ hour. What’s going on over there?!

This is by far the greatest walgreens I have ever been do. PLEASENOTE!!! This is one of the busiest Walgreens in Houston, Tue checkout line even is like your at the Bank instead of the traditional layout to compensate for the heavy flow of customers. If the line gets long people quickly respond to the employees page for checking assistance and they will get you out of line faster. The best part about this store is it has a boutique in it! I know some of the brands have changed over time so as of today 11⁄15 they sell Avenue, LA Roche posay, Vichy, Lierac, nuxe, Rodial, Dr hauschka(might of spelt wrong), Bioxedia, le couvant des minimis, rilastil, talika, ‘tini beauty, vera Moore, pur minerals, studio make up, pop beauty, VINCENTLONGO, Cargo, prestige fragrances, Demeter fragrance library, 100% pure, japonesque, make up brushes, Macbeth cosmetic bags, kinerase, and EDIA cosmetics for hair. Woooo. Lits of stuff!!! I will put pictures too! Ask about gift with purchases because you can get good discounts or gifts that you won’t get if you checkout at the regular cash register!

purchased ice cream waffle cones. They had melted and were refrozen. Horrible practice and unsafe. I expected more from walgreens

This Walgreens is the ish! Immediately greeted upon entering. The lay-out is that of a department store of sorts. There is a specific«department» for make up and a young lady there at all times. The shelves are always stocked. I am not a huge make up wearing individual but when I want my lip gloss I don’t want to have to hunt. This store carries a lot of items the other stores don’t. Old school face creams that actually work are always on the shelf. Check out is set up with several registers and u go to first avail.

BESTWALGREENS! The store itself is just simply amazing! Everything is organized and stocked! Best part of the store has to be the little shop they have inside, it carries higher-end makeup brands such as Cargo, the Balm, Pop, etc. friendly and knowledgable staff!
