Pharmacists? What Pharmacist? The pharmacy opens a full hour after the rest of the store. All the regular employees manage to show up on time, but the pharmacist consistently shows up late. Such professionalism. The best paid person in the store can’t manage to get up in time to get to work. I can understand once in a while, but consistently?! Really? I have a job and parents to care for that are not in the best health and my pharmacist is supposed to be part of my health care team. Walgreens needs to get on the stick with this store. VERY slow service when the pharmacy is actually open. And today, 20 minutes after the pharmacy was supposed to be open, no one had even heard from the pharmacist and the store manager was trying to locate a substitute. Meanwhile my mom needs her med — which they wouldn’t fill yesterday because I called it in a whole day early. Please.

Had a very bad experience with the pharmacy my doctor called in the prescription for my little girl who was sick at 3 p.m. my wife gets there and they tell her that they have no prescription so my wife goes back to the house calls the doctor and she said she had to leave a message because nobody answered the I go back up there wait in line for 30 minutes then all of a sudden they tell me they see it in the system and that I can go to a 24 hour Walgreens because are 60 people in front of me if they would have check their messages on time it would have been readyfor so I asked for the manager who is a very nice lady miss Shepherd very helpful she goes back and tells the pharmacy lady to help me and the earliest they can get it out was at 9:55 they close at 10 o’clock so I’m waiting in Walgreens for about 2 hours already and finally the lady tells me hey I have your prescription ready she takes it out in front of me and shakes it in front of me and getting ready right in front of me only took her literally 30 seconds to get it ready and she only had one prescription they were supposed to be two prescriptions but there is only one she said the doctor only calling one why would only be one so I’m already frustrated I go back home get my wife to medicine when she gets it out of the bag they left the medicine open I don’t know if they did it on purpose or what the bag was full of the liquid this will be the last time we ever go to Walgreens especially that one and I have to pharmacist to come and talk to me she standing way over there in a corner while I’m at the register she don’t even have the common courtesy to come talk to me face to face to hear me out to see what’s going on the only thing she wanted to tell me was I have to come back tomorrow I let her know that I have two sick kids at home and that I had no problem of coming back tomorrow at all if it was for me. then she’s going to tell me do you want to talk to my manager my wife called up there was on hold for 20 minutes the doctor called up there they are on hold for 20 minutes my wife call back up there was on hold for 30 more minutes and the phone hung up I sat there and watch them not pick up the phone as nobody was even there to answer the calls. never again!

Just a typical Walgreen’s. I was in and out just getting a soda. This store was clean and the cashier friendly.
