Not surprised to see this Walgreens has such low ratings. I got kicked out of the Walgreens bc I had my bag with me and refused to give it to the employees to hold. Sorry stranger, I don’t know you and you don’t get to hold onto MY possessions. Also don’t give me some bs answer that its policy when I’ve literally been to hundreds of Walgreens with my bag before and no issue. Learn what your policy actually is before you go spouting ignorance.

The employees at this location are incompetent, after asking who the prescription was for and having the name spelled out for them they still gave out the wrong medication. Called after arriving home to explain and said we would bring back meds get refund for that then pick up correct meds. First in line it took 20 minutes to get seen and get refund, they then forgot to give us the correct meds. Had to call inside the store and wait a additional 10 minutes to get proper meds. Always problems at this pharmacy going to have to change to another because no one branch of a business should have this many issues as often as they do. Management has been made aware but the problems still persist. If it were possible I would give no stars, they don’t deserve any.

The absolute worse Pharmacy service EVER! Be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 – 40 just for drive through pickup.

Dangerously incompetent. I use auto injectors for migraine and she sent INSULIN injectors. If I hadn’t put my glasses on I would have taken 100 mg of insulin and taken a nap. A really long one.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever had to deal with. Pharmacy service is ridiculously slow and the techs are rude. They are always out of medication that we get every month without fail. Having spoken to others in the industry, this isn’t something that should happen if it’s getting ordered routinely. I have also gotten the wrong medication from them — wrong dose. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I would only go here if you have to. I have had extremely rude and bad service 3x in a row now and this will be my last. There is a CVS in the other side of the street I will be trying next… I hope this save some people some headaches.

Well it’s Walgreens. It’s a pharmacy and store at the same time. This Walgreens has been here since I was a child and I’m an adult now. I usually don’t shop here because this store reminds me of Target because it’s so expensive! I don’t shop pricey, but for fast cold medicine I come here. The parking lot is small, and the building does look old. It does the job!

Went to the drive thru pharmacy and waited over 20 min for the clerk to tell me the script wasn’t ready. Told her I would be back in 30 minutes to an hour, she confirmed my hone number and promised it would be ready. Came back and had to wait another 10 min for her to tell me they weren’t done. Waited another 15 minutes at this point to get the script. In the meantime I called the store manager to let her know she had some major service issues and she transferred me to the pharmacist!!! This is not the first time I’ve had to wait an extended amount of time for that pharmacy… it appears as though they are really understaffed.

Parking lot was small and full. Store was full of people and literally one checkout guy. Overall it seems rundown not near as nice as many of the other locations that I have been to.
