The PA walked past me 3 times, ignoring me in the waiting area. He had no other patients. He only responded when I called out to him, asking if he worked there. Was he going to leave me there all night simply because I had not understood the confusing sign in procedure? Why else would I be sitting in the waiting area dedicated to the clinic! I believe he was technically competent but no one deserves to be treated disrespectfully especially by someone who has chosen to work in a service profession. Lastly, he proscribed Rx ear drops that cost 250 $ for the bottle! Not generic. There are many effective, generic alternatives. Was that because the clinic was inside a Walgreens? Concluding, I think you can get adequate minor health care here but go prepared to do battle and having to fight for what you need. Speak up. Question everything. That’s all hard to do when you’re in pain.

This seems like a fairly standard Walgreens, but they frequently seem understaffed. I’m not sure what else to say about the place…

Avoid the Healthcare clinic at all costs. I’d give this a negative five stars if possible. This woman is a quack. She doesn’t care about anyone, and can only see one person every 30 min. At one point she hid in her room for 25 minutes with no one in it. Her assistant is no better. More like a waste of oxygen in the store. Until they learn a bit about being nice and treating the sick with kindness, I’d go to the CVS clinic or to an Urgent Care facility.
