this walmart sucks, takes forever to get a manager to come over to fix problem. the selling associate cant help, the supervisor cant help, no one was able to get a manager. why cant they retuen a gift card? i purchased macys gf, and was able to return it without a managers override. but this walmart mames it so difficult, no management on the floor to help with anything.

I thought I had a big Walmart near my house but this one was huge. I found what I was looking for easy even with the increased size. would have liked to look around in electronic section but it was closed off. with a few staff standing in front of the gate just chatting away like they had noting to do. wish this was in Humble.

I do not know why I keep giving this store opportunities!!! I went in for an oil change, no one in line, one car already in bay!!! One hour later I’m still waiting for my car. One cashier if you are lucky — if the Auto department is open for business it should have more than one employee doing the work or at least let the customer know that it will take longer than an hour!!! I hate waiting when I’m told 35 – 40 min and 1 hr plus pasess and nothing!!! I like saving money but will pay more for better service!!! Walmart is a giant so of course they don’t care about the consumer just take our money and make us wait in long lines!!! Poor customer service, horrible experience yet again!!! Ok back on to update the time 1 hr and 45 min for an oil change!!! For $ 10 more I could of gone to the dealership & been out in less than 45 min!!!

I have been to many Walmart and this is the worst and most dangerous Walmart to come to… if you have to be on your guard when you shop here… the floors are very dirty… go somewhere else to shop please.

The meat is overpriced and the lines are horrible… some of the workers have a bad attitude… the only things I like is that they have a good selection of fruits and veggies and the shelves stay stocked… the bakery and the deli is great.

I usually get my dogs toys here and it is a conveniently located off the freeway. If I am in the area this is the place I stop by and pick up fajita meat and more!

Just like every Walmart I’ve ever been to crappy customer service in every possible way. While visiting this store with my mom we walked by the sewing area and overhead this employee, I believe her name was Dorothy, yelling at an elderly man at least well into his 80’s. He was asking her where something was and she said«it’s not my job!!». The elderly old man looked around embarrassed… I could not believe I witness something so heartless by an employee. Then when we told customer service what we had witnessed, they acted like she was such a sweet person and there is no way she could have done that, obviously they don’t take things like that seriously. They only plus side I will say about this store is, it’s clean and slightly organized.

Don’t be fooled by this new biz page. This Walmart has been the same Walmart for as long as I could remember. This Texas-sized Walmart is named«Supercenter» for what it offers. I really like the lower priced well-stocked grocery store, freshly baked chicken at the deli, in-house bakery, garden center, sporting goods, electronics… They also sell tires, furniture, fashion for the whole family and lots of stuff to list. The best time to shop is after 9 pm on weekdays. That’s when majority of staff going home. Leaving just the stock clerk to fill the shelves. I really don’t need help from anyone. Because most of time, they are clueless as well. I rather use the Walmart app to answer my own questions. If you shop at night, you must finish shopping by midnight. Expect major wait as there is only one cash register open, even when you see over 20 customers waiting in line. But when you are desperate, you have to wait. I have been coming here for Black Friday sales for a few years. I had the worst experience last year, which meant I ain’t coming back. They had segmented few models of touch-screen laptops throughout the night. But somehow, they were giving away at a wrong station early. As I was walking away, I heard a man with suit cursed at his employees in the crowd. I could imagine how those people waiting at the correct station felt. Then, there was a commotion at jewelry department. Some security guards rushed over to disperse the rowdy crowd.
