I am a Wells Fargo fan!
This branch provides pretty fast services which is always something I love since I hate waiting in line.
The staff and specially the bankers are very friendly and always willing to help regardless of the situation.
Today, I had a little question concerning my checking account and a 529 college fund that was professionally taking care of right away.
Fantastic client experience HANDS DOWN over and over again with my personal and business account.

Wells Fargo continues to be a study in ineptitude. After contacting a specific mortgage broker in this office and emphatically stating that I have had two negative experiences with Wells Fargo because of home loan processors unfamiliarity with their loan products, I am assigned without even the courtesy of a return email etc… to
some 20 something girl who was nice but, surprise, not knowledgeable. And sorry I just don’t think multiple piercings are professional for a «banker» (cough). While the «banker» at the next desk, who looked like an overgrown klub kid, snarfed down popcorn repeatedly when he wasn’t chatting with a teller, I just knew this was Bozo Central. We were trying to coordinate with a Wells Fargo banker in Dallas as my Father was trying to sign papers as well and we won’t even get into the fact that he had a specific appointment with a specific «banker» yet no one knew when he walked in, etc… I knew we were doomed. Two days later I get a call stating my loan was denied because WF, (it should be called WTF) doesn’t offer that product in Texas. So now I have a hard credit inquiry that shouldn’t on my credit report and wasted my time and my Father’s time because, surprise, no one knows what they doing. Those clowns can just go back to eating popcorn and wait for Ringling Brothers to come to town. Did I mention I HATE WELLS FARGO?
