I’m giving this Wendy’s a two star rating because I’m a Wendy’s fan and was disappointed with the quality of the food. I went through he drive through and that was smooth. My fires was hot were I like but the burger was cold and the bread was old. I did not have time to circle back or I would have.

I absolutely insist that you dine-in at this newly renovated location. The décor and atmosphere are so inviting, and the value menu gives you lots of options for very cheap prices. The drive-thru staff and the cashiers inside are usually not kind, and always hard to understand. Language barriers or not, the customer service training for this location needs a renovation as well. No one is mean, but the people merely take the orders robotically, and seem very frazzled to accommodate any special requests.

Went through the drive thru and this black chic was smacking on the mic taking my order! Then someone came to take over. When the smacking girl brought my food to my car(cuz they made us drive up with no cars behind us) she threw the bag in the car, didn’t say thank you, nothing! Her name was Keira.

5 stars for this Wendy’s and its as good as it gets, for a fast food joint. Located in front of a huge Kroger’s shopping, this Wendy’s is just like most Wendy’s. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly. In love with their salads, this has been my go-to place for lunch a couple times a week for the last few months. The salads are a lot fresher than the ones you find at mcdonalds and chick-fil-a. The crisp greens and texture is just amazing. Overall, great place, delicious fresh salads, and obviously burgers are amazing. They’re open late until 2am! :)
