Ludwick is a greedy, arrogant, and narcissistic man! I waited over an hour for my initial appointment. He talked nonstop for ten minutes and when I started to say something– he spouts off– just a minute, I am not finished yet! What a jerk– I already knew I had sleep apnea but I had to do another sleep study– he charged me $ 2500 as he said my insurance would not pay that much… My insurance company paid him $ 21,000– the retail price. They probably made a mistake but fair enough he refunded me the $ 2500. But is $ 21,000 enough — no, a year later he wants another $ 200 for my CPAP machine… penny wise and pound foolish. What a greedy bas… Do yourself a favor and go to a doctor who listens to you, who cares, and just doesn’t think of earning a half million a year at your expense.

Unfortunately the worst clinic I have ever been. Sorry guys, you just don’t treat you patients well.

I am writing an update, because I noticed in my previous review that I said he DID fix my issues. Turns out, he absolutely did not.
Earlier this year, I went to another ENT (Dr. Juan Dickey at Rosewood ENT on Westheimer and Gessner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!) and he found my tonsil stones, asked about my history with recurring strep throat, tonsillitis, sinus drainage, and in the end took my tonsils out. NOW I’M FIXED.

I am reading these reviews and I have to question what a couple of these folks are looking for in a doctor? Personally I am seeking a doctor who actually knows what he or she is doing. I don’t really need jovial banter to feel well heard or comforted. If that is what you are seeking in a doctor, maybe Dr. Ludwick isn’t your doctor. However, if you want state of the art care, you will really be happy with your choice. I am not giving him 5 stars because I have been challenged by his office staff in the past; currently those problems seem to be resolved.
He has treated my snoring issue with Pillar Implants and I am very pleased with the results.

Thank you so much for putting some of my medical information on a public website. The point of my review was that you have no bedside manner. There was no need for you to go in detail about what I came in to see you for hence the reason I called it ‘sinus’ surgery.
What you called bashing was me giving MY opinion on MY experience with you.
